well making something from a sig. into an avatar is as simple as cropping out a section of it (since the height being the smallest size of the two in that sig. a 180 x 180 area is probably the largest that can be cropped into a normal avatar size [as far as I've seen no-one makes avatars with anything but a 0 on the end of pixel size]

but I assume you probably want the text in the avatar along with the head/neck of the Pokémon, which is about as simple as locking together the layers used to make the text together moving them into where you want the text to be on the cropped version and then cropping the image

do you have the .xcf or .psd file for the signature that retains the layer format instead of having them merged into one layer like what a .png and pretty much any normally view-able image type other than an animated .gif does? If you have one of those I could probably do it or with the amount that I've said here it'd probably be 5 minutes for you to do if you have the program

if you don't have the .xcf or .psd (depending on whether it was made in GIMP or PhotoShop) then to get the text there you'd pretty much have to recreate how it was done, and as I don't know what font it's in I'd probably do bad at that hence why I was asking about a .xcf or a .psd to work from, I'm sure someone better than me and who has been doing signatures and Avatars longer could do it easy enough but I only started moving into that sort of field very recently (following tutorials on DA and made my current Avatar and Sig. combo of Kenpachi from Bleach)
