Milk in a bag...why...saves plastic?

 

I think it's funny. I wouldn't want to touch one though, in fear of breaking/dropping it. I'm clumsy like that.

 

My mother actually buys these quite regularly. All you need is a jug, then cut the two top corners and it's essentially the same as milk cartons. Sometimes they burst if you're not careful but they are cheaper than their 2 liter variants, so I have nothing against them besides the fact that they are awkward to use.

 

The new 'water bombs' of the future. Frankly the concept of it to me serves no purpose, but seemingly people are buying them, so alas, I shall remain baffled. forever more.

 

Milk is milk, right? I don't really mind if it comes in carton, bottle, or bag. Though, I imagine it'll be very hard to use (has never physically seen bagged milk).

 

This. During my childhood I never even knew milk came in cartons.

We only cut one corner, and then a little slit in the back so it gets "aired" and you can serve a continuous stream of milk!
We haven't had regular milk in my house for like two years now so I don't really care either way.

 

On the contrary, I've known nothing but. That's since changed, of course, but I remember when I was younger, I, for whatever reason, was always the 'milk person' in school. See, there used to be a milk cartoon factory right next to my school and each day we'd get a delivery of tiny milk cartons for students. Then it fell to me to take the cartons and leave x number of them outside classrooms. So yeah, basically, temp milk 'lady.'

Cartons are the best, though. Not too fond of plastic cartoons or this plastic bag.

 

I hate milk either way, so it doesn't really matter how I don`t drink it.

 

I don't really care about how I get my milk, I just like drinking it! Bagged Milk is pretty cool, but I dropped it once...um....wasn't fun.

 

I'd never even heard of bagged milk until this thread... That just sounds hilarious to me though...

I have nothing against it. It's probably cheaper. It also sounds like a great (disgusting and hilarious) summer activity waiting to happen! Screw water balloons! It's time for a bagged milk fight!

 

With the price of milk these days only privileged rich kids would be able to waste milk like that. I would cry, so much cereal goes dry in the world and they would be wasting it.

 

I was actually just joking... Why would anyone even WANT to throw milk like that... It'd be disgusting. I'd much rather waste milk like that than drink it though... That stuff tastes terrible.

 

Milk is serious business.

Here they sell bagged milk. Its idiotic.

 

Ugh... didn't know bagged milk even existed. Sounds disgusting, though. Cartons FOREVER!

 

Bagged milk FTW. At least it doesn't seem as likely to burst open upon being dropped onto the floor, unlike the jugged canisters of milk we get here where I live.

 

Milk is milk, I'll drink it regardless. It'll save some plastic, so what the heck just buy the crap and be happy xD
