Best Thing You Got In Wonder Trade?

    Has anyone actually gotten anything good from wonder trade?

    I got a 2IV jap scyther today and that's pretty much the best thing I've gotten so far. A lot of failed breeding experiments. A lot of useless stuff and english Pokémon with jap names trying to throw me off....

    Granted I haven't really been doing my part and providing decent things in return. Normally it's just extras from the Friend Safari and then I just keep tossing the thing I get back into it until it forms a sort of WT paperclip chain.

    Anyone share their stories?

    I'd swear there was a thread like this already, but I can't find it anymore...

    Anyway, yeah, I spend quite some time just Wonder Trading, until I get a 4/5/6 IV Pokémon. Then I place those in a special box, so that I can breed my own 6IV ones later.

    I also got a 6 IV Modest shiny Kyurem. Don't tell me, I know it isn't legit, but who on earth cares? Kyurem is banned from competitive anyway...

    Well, I got a Cobalion and a Shiny Quilfish, they're pretty neat. The Quilfish I think was somebody's companion because it wasn't from Kalos, yet ironically it was French, and it seemed to have one top IV and that was sp. Def. Maybe it was traded accidentally, maybe it was hacked, but I sincerely doubt that.

    However I also got a Gale Wings Jolly Fletchling with 4 IVs, which took me one egg to breed for a Jolly Gale Wings Fletchling with 5 IVs. I've been giving much the same. I Wonder Trade all my spare hatched Pokémon so that they can get what they want just like I did, and in return I get a slightly better chance at winning the lottery. If I can win that once, I'll be very happy.

    The best thing I got in a wonder trade was a 5Iv Belly Drum, Huge Power,AquaJet lv. 1 Marril.

    I remember my eyes bugging out when I got a Chimchar, since it was before the US got the Bank and I wanted the other starters really bad lol. I've gotten a modest HA Togepi, and modest Bulbasaur...Then there was enjoying the times I got some Japanese ones that I plan on using for shiny breeding. Like Charmander. I'm excited about that one, and Absol.

    I'm sure there are more, but those I remember off the top of my head.

    I got a cyndaquil which was awesome ('m notsure if ets ivs were anything special cuz i don't know how to check them) coincidentally I had traded away a bulbasaur for it. I feel like I get better things if I give better things.

    There is a Wonder Trade thread, but I believe it's for the system in general, not really specific trades.

    I haven't really gotten anything too great. I got a Chimchar and Totodile, but only after Pokémon Bank came out and I had them already. I mostly get throw-away Pokémon like Bunnelby, Furfrou, Fletchling and Scatterbug...but I gotta say...keep those throw-away Pokémon! Those "trash" Pokémon got me a shiny Chespin and Fennekin, so although the Wonder Trade wasn't a good Pokémon...I got two of my own, from them! Sure, I may not get perfect IV Pokémon or shinies or Legendaries or anything, but I'm always thrilled when a foreign Pokémon is traded to me.

    I thought there was a WT thread but I couldn't find it so I made this one.

    You can check your IVs in the pkm center at Kiloude City. There's a guy standing by the change room entrance. If he lists some stats and then finishes with "stats like those just can't be beat" or something like that then that means the stats he just listed are perfect.

    I've thrown away a few dittos in hopes of getting something. Got a crap lvl 1 ghastly with no IVs so I changed tactics and just threw whatever in. Ppl complain when they get 2-3IV froakies so I figured no one's ever happy with what they get anyways.

    I started up X to see if it was, but it wasn't, sadly. Apparently it was FELIX's. That would have been pretty neat, though.

    My two best Wondertrades were a lvl 1 Scyther and Charmander. I was hopeless when it came to finding Scyther, so I went on GTS to look and there was nothing that I could get from it with the Pokémon I had. I went on wondertrade to send off one of my Roselias that I had been breeding and I got le Scyther. I was so happy about it.
    The Charmander I got from wondertrade, but my sister begged me for it, and has not played her game since. I have never seen that Charmander since (cause I know she will get pissed if I touch her game).

    Don't go for IV's or anything special, but I have gotten a couple of starters, and a Japanese Litwick with it's Hidden Ability.

    The best things I got over WonderTrade were probably a shiny Gulpin and a shiny Fraxure, which definitely surprised me. When I was doing my WonderLocke (basically a Nuzlocke where you wondertrade each Pokémon you get for a new one), I got a good-natured 5IV Feebas with a bunch of egg moves, including Dragon Pulse. She lasted me to the end of the 'locke, which was pretty awesome.

    Just got a Lvl 1 Phione which is great for my dex! altho nothing majorly fantastic about its stats or anything. Still nice to see after hundreds of ghastly and other breeding rejects.

    Quite untrue though, since people can bring over hacked Pokémon and clone, it's pretty easily done.

    Well when Pokébank was out in Japan and got taken down almost immediately, I received ALL the starters via Wondertrade. I was quite happy with that x3
