Between two types, pick a favourite!

Normal, I think normal is one of those types that doesn't get as much love. Normal Pokémon get such a wide variety to move and really are more of the underdogs in competitive play.

Dragon is one of those types that you know is OP. It gives a variety of different ranges that you just don't get with fighting.

Fairy is a strange type to say the least. It isn't as frail as electric types.

Water is everywhere. There's such a diverse range with water Pokémon. Though not as bulky, it takes the cake with many different areas of combinations.

Flying has always been one of my favorites. It's one of the faster known types with pretty decent attack/Sp. attacking moves.

Fire has more powerful moves than Rock and honestly gives a recklessness to the game with things like flare blitz.
Ice is a pretty cool type. It has brought a variety of different Pokémon all with different looks and aspects. I particularly like it more than ground due to many of the Pokémon have a slightly more appealing appearance.

Grass is one of those types that are under appreciated. Sure, it's somewhat frail, but the moves are quite powerful paired with things like Sunny Day.

Ghost is really not feeling the love with the least amount of Pokémon in the type despite being one of the most popular. I love it a lot due to mysteriousness of how ghost Pokémon came to play in the first place.

Psychic (my favorite type, a lot of my favorite Pokémon are Psychic type)​

Fighting (I've never been a huge fan of the Dragon type in general)​

Electric (It just has a few more Pokémon that I like)​

Water (These two are really close, but I think I have a slight preference for Water type)​

Flying (I mean, they fly... That's pretty cool)​

Fire (Even though I hate quite a few Fire types, I do prefer the type)​

Ice (I don't like a lot of Ground type Pokémon in general, so Ice wins)​

Bug (I hate Grass type. Venusaur...)​

Ghost (Why did you make me choose...)​

• [SIZE=10.5pt]Electric (I like both Fairy and Electric, but Electric just wins by having more interesting Pokémon.)[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=10.5pt]Steel (Same thing as Fairy/Electric. Steel has a more interesting range of Pokémon, design and lore wise.)[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=10.5pt]Flying (While not the most powerful type, I am a fan of birds.)[/SIZE]
• Fire (Neither really appeal to me, but Fire wins only because Arcanine.)
• Ice (It's just more interesting thanks to the range of Pokémon. I do think that Ground is cool too, though.)
• [SIZE=10.5pt]Grass (I don't like Bug types. Although I don't like using Grass types either.[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=10.5pt]Dark (Not much else to say, other than I don't like Ghost types.)[/SIZE]

 

Normal vs. Psychic: This one is tough. This might as well say Snorlax vs. Slowbro. I guess I'll pick Normal, just because they've become slightly underused since many Normal types recently became Fairy.

Fighting vs. Dragon: Fighting because I dislike Dragon types.

Fairy vs. Electric: Fairy because Fairy.

Steel vs. Water: Water. I dislike Steel types, and I like Water types because most of them are based on actual sea creatures, and they tend to have good designs.

Poison vs. Flying: Poison because it's my favorite type, and I dislike mono Flying teams.

Fire vs. Rock: Rock is a very cool, underrated type. On the other hand, I find Fire types to be overrated.

Ground vs. Ice: Ground. There isn't enough Ice types for me to really like them.

Bug vs. Grass: Grass is another one of my favorite types. Grass also has good stall potential (which is my battling style), and many Bug types tend to be speedy sweepers.

Ghost vs. Dark: Ghost because Ghost.

Psychic- I always liked Psychic types, and I really never liked normal.

Dragon- Well, preference~​

Electric- I despise fairy, and Electric, but I had to choose one.

Steel- Preference~​

Flying- Well, the HM is my verdict.
Fire- Anything but Rock.
Ice- The graceness of ice types~
Grass- Bug types evolve too quickly.
Dark- I love dark types~

 

Normal - There are quite a few psychic types that I'm a fan of, but some (Jynx) I just can't stand. Normal types look pretty... well, normal to me, on the other hand.​

Dragon - I dislike most fighting types.​

Dedenne Electric - In most playthrough teams, I'll try to have an electric type in play. My biggest problem with fairy types is that many previously non-faeries' types were changed.​

Water - Barely. I've taken a liking to both types, but water wins, because I usually can't resist going for the water type starter.​

Flying - I don't like poison types at all. That, and the Flying type is easily my second favorite, though it may soon become tied with my love for ice types.​

Fire - Because Charizard.​

Ice - Super effective against ground, and after all, it's my favorite type.​

Grass - Way too underrated.​

Dark - Tough decision... I really don't have a reason.​
