Black 2 & White 2 Nuzlocke Challenge!

    Currently me and RedScizor are taking part in a Nuzlocke challenge on Black 2 and White 2! We're currently playing on challenge mode. We're using standard Nuzlocke rules.

    -Only catch the first Pokémon you encounter in each route.
    -If the Pokémon is defeated, you must either release or perma-box it.
    -Nickname all Pokémon.

    You can come up with your own, optional rules to make it more challenging, for example, the rules I usually follow are:
    - Nickname all Pokémon
    - Release/perma-box defeated Pokémon
    - First encounter capture rule
    - No duplicates (Ex:If I already have a Patrat, I'm not allowed to catch another until the one I have dies)
    - If I encounter something I already have, then I have a second chance to catch a different Pokémon. If the next one I encounter is still the same, I won't be able to catch any Pokémon in that route.
    - No legendaries (Except for BW, you need to catch Zekrom/Reshiram to proceed)
    - Trade evolutions are allowed
    - Only catch one Pokémon from the Safari Zone
    - One heal per town/Pokecenter. If you beat the gym, you get a free heal.
    - NO REPELS (Thanks to Fizzysoda)
    - Use Pokémon in catching order: You can't change team members unless one of them dies, and if they do, then you use the first Pokémon on the box (Slugkid came up with this one)
    - No gift Pokémon, no starter.

    If you are wondering how I got Bronzor I got him from the Dream Radar on the 3DS. I decided to count the Dream Radar as a route ans Bronzor was the first I found on it.

    Wow, it looks challenging! I was doing a Nuzlocke on B/W2 before but erased the file to start a new challenge. Good luck with both of your's! :D

    Yeah nuzlockes are tough, although the only extra rule I'm using is the duplicate rule. Although Challenge Mode itself makes the challenge tricky.

    I like my team. I was going to have Zorua on my team but he died to a Minccino at the beginning of his training. :( I'm exited about Bernard, Serene, and Slate all evolving in a few levels though. :D Also, I think I'm gonna replace Oven with Volcarona once I get it as I feel Volcarona will be an overall better Pokémon.​

    I like my team. The only issue is its very weak to Flying, and I have to fight Skyla next. :/ Anyway I'm training everyone up to level 40 before I enter Skyla's gym. Wish me luck!

    I just got to Driftveil after beating Elesa. Marigold completely destroyed Elesa's team all by her own.
    Yeah, screw you and your Volt-Switching runts, Elesa. Nobody messes with the Trubbish line.
    Unfortunately, I lost Clifford in a wild Pokémon battle while grinding. It's a shame since there aren't that many fire Pokémon out there.

    After so long, I'm back at this. I'll update my team tomorrow but it's been great fun and I'm glad to start from scratch. I'm using two new rules:
    • Hidden Grottos do count as new areas.
    • If your only Pokémon faints, and you have none left in the box, you may continue using it. If it dies and you have others in the box or obviously in your party, you may not. Just because I don't want a game over unless I get too sick of it.
