Boatload of ORAS Info! Warning: Spoilers

I was able to get inside information on the game from Nintendo before launch (Don't ask how it's a long story.) and since it's the day before launch I'm allowed to say it now!

First is a new mechanic known as Secret Meadows. These are small islands that can be found while soaring on you Latios/Latias. The main function is that you can build a very hidden secret base here, but there are also a few items that can only appear on these islands.

Second, You can get a bunch of starters from other regions in the post game! Here's how:

For completing the Delta Episode, you get one of the Johto Starters, If you beat the elite four twice, you can get one of the Sinnoh Starters, and if you beat them a third time you can get one of the Unova Starters.

That's all the info I was given. Serebii was also given his fair share of info as well. We swapped info for a while, and you can read what else we were told on his website.

 

My Step-dad is friends with Reggie Filsamore, the C.E.O of Nintendo of America. He gave me a job as a beta tester. He gives me some rather interesting info about new games along with my paycheck at the end of every month. Most of his info tends to be rather cryptic though, and sometimes just flat out weird. (Ex. My body is readii for battle, was a hint towards Mii integration in the new Smash Bros.)

 

It's a huge post game story arc centered around rayquaza and deoxys.

 

People who hack into the game and get the info are always going to be able to give the info before me, because unlike them, I'm under obligation not to give info about upcoming games until Nintendo says I can, which by the time they do, the info has already been leaked.
