    As the title suggests, let's talk about books. Are there any that you've read that are particularly memorable or nostalgic? Are there any particular series that you follow or used to follow? Which books did you find lose interest in or hated?

    I used to be absolutely crazy for books, series like Goosebumps, Geronimo Stilton, Diary of a Wimpy Kid bring back great memories. They were the series that introduced me to the world of fiction. Not only that but they were extremely popular so there was always competition of who got which book XD. I also enjoyed reading books by Roald Dahl.

    Though if I were to pick my favourite series, it would be the Warriors series. I read the whole series quite a few years back, I thoroughly enjoyed it because of its vast story and characters, it was also interesting to see cats as the cast. I remember reserving a whole bunch of books, not realising the amount and when the books came, there were like 20 books. And I only had 3 weeks to finish them all, so ended up reading 1 novel per day XD

    I've also read teen-dystopian series like Hunger Games but I've quite bored with the genre, Divergent was the last straw and I didn't bother reading the rest of the 2 books. The Giver was another one which was stupidly boring.

    WARRIORS IS THE BEEEST
    Did I ever mention how crushed I was when I found out Erin Hunter wasn't real?
    YA Dystopia tends to be either really good or absolutely terrible. The Across the Universe trilogy was pretty good, but I'll have to agree that Hunger Games and Divergent sucked. Hunger Games 1 was good, but the serious was just bad. Ship Breaker was a good dystopia though

    My top books would have to be(not in order)
    :: Ready Player One
    :: Wings of Fire series
    :: The Inheritance Cycle
    :: The Abhorsen Chronicles
    :: The Grisha Trilogy
    :: The Raven Cycle
    :: Six of Crows
    :: The Immortal Secrets of Nicholas Flamel
    :: The Reckoners
    :: The Rithmatist

    As you may be able to tell, I like books. A lot.

    The Sandman graphic novel series is probably my favorite series right now. It ended way back in the mid-90s, but I only read it for the first time last summer and fall. It's more than a simple comic book, it's a massive Greek epic with timeless quality that just happens to be a picture book for grownups. Plus I read a lot of Gaiman's other literature as well.

    When I was younger, though, I read the whole Artemis Fowl thing up to a certain point. I stopped after the one with the Demon and the big silver ball and whatnot, and I don't know what came after, but I probably read a good 5-6 books if I had to try to remember.

    I recently got my hands on a whole lot of free (and legally acquired) books including a bunch of box sets. Game of Thrones, Maze Runner, Outlander, a few others. I haven't started any of them yet, but I think I'll give them each a try.

    Yeah, I like to read, I just don't have much devoted time for it.
