bottled water (at least in most first world countries) is literally just tap water put into a bottle with a price tag slapped onto it. Tap.

Carbonated water for me which I guess could go into bottled water as I don't own anything that can carbonate it for me.

As in, what type of water we drink?
I drink both. Tap water is usually un-drinkable where I live due to growing quarries and contamination from other sources, and many have stopped after the reports of stuff in tap water in other states. Luckily our water comes from a private well that is currently free from contamination (although as word of a possible quarry starting up nearby that may destroy our well and render us bottle water-only).
Some types of plastic used for water bottles give the water a icky chemical taste to me, so bottled water is a hit or miss sometimes.

Tap water for me. The Netherlands has really good cleaning installations.

I do drink bottled water, but I refuse to touch SPA with a ten feet pole. It tastes so chemical.

I hate the taste of plain water but if I ever have to use it in something (eg.tea) I just get it from the tap and filter it, which only takes a few minutes.
So yeah, tap is my pick. It's free and doesn't produce waste like bottled water does. Never did see the appeal of bottled water tbh.

I'm probably very biased as my town's water consistently scores titles as some of the best tap water in the United States, but I only drink tap water. Bottled water is just awful. It's way more expensive and full of microplastics. What a way to refresh: a nice bottle of terrible tasting water and plastic. Besides, "purified" bottles of water are pure (save for the microplastics) but you've literally removed all the things in tap water that help you, like calcium and fluoride. If you're so concerned about tap water being "bad for you" just filter it.

I still feel like having nationally acclaimed tap water doesn't help my case but whatever

My tap water comes from our rain tanks, which is then filtered a bunch before we drink it. So, tap water for me as long as its from my place. I don't like the taste of regular tap water, but I'll drink it if there's nothing else.

My tap water is perfectly clean, so I usually prefer that. Sorry to any here without that luxury.

I prefer tap water. Bottled water can taste really weird sometimes, and it doesn't contain fluoride to protect my teeth when I forget to brush them :P Also: It's free!

In case I wasn't clear before: I drink tap water. I haven't gotten sick yet, so I assume it's filtered pretty decently, I suppose.

I guess I'm not too picky on whether I drink bottled or tap because I drink both. u.u

I'm one of those who can easily taste the difference between tap and bottled water so....bottled. Tap tastes gross 99% of the time to me, even if it's possibly just my mindset affecting its taste. ha ha ha )':
