Broadway

Does it count if you got caught a show in the broadway district? Haha. Well, whilst not a /musical/, I was luckily enough in NYC during the week that Misery opened. And whilst buying tickets for the show took a fair chunk out of my funds, it was sooo worth it! As for musical shows proper, I've seen a bunch of them in the East-End, with productions of Wicked, Mamma Mia, Billy Elliot and The Lion King all springing to mind.

 

Since I'm a resident of the beautiful city that has Broadway, I've watched too many Broadway shows all for cheap prices. I've watched Marry Poppins, Kinky Boots, Wicked, and the Lion King.

I really want to watch Matilda, but I'm waiting for really cheap tickets to go~

 

I absolutely love Broadway. Not only the wonderful shows, but the overall feel the district has. I'm a sucker for musicals as it is. Granted I've only had the pleasure of seeing about individual shows during my visits to NYC, my favorite will still have to be The Lion King because it brings on childhood feels.
