I've actually had the same issue as StOwl, but that's not the point of this post... Forum theme: Pallete Town (default) Web Browser: Google Chrom OS: Windows 10 Issue: While having only one tab open for LV and trying to catch a Kabuto, I got the "There seems to be a Pokémon in another tab" message, and Kabuto disappeared. I'd just bought 4 PokeBalls and 3 Great Balls just in case I ran into a shiny, and I'd kept lobbing them as I kept getting a 'Kabuto broke free!' message (which is to be expected, since I can only imagine the fossils have a low catch rate).
Fixed. The error appears because you have another tab open with a Pokémon in it. You are only allowed to catch one Pokémon per tab. And yes, they have a low capture rate.

Yeah, and that makes sense. The only issue is that LV was only open in one tab. My other tabs (because, let's face it, no one keeps only one single webpage open at any time anymore) are for sites like GameFAQs, YouTube, Twitter, and the like. So, by that logic, that error message should not have shown up. Yet it did.
Can you see if you can replicate this bug again and then post about it with some screenshots? Those help.
