BW comeback?

Black and White remakes... are way in the future. B2/W2 came out only a few years ago and I doubt that they would revisit the Unova region so very soon. I'm guessing that Generation 9-10 is the soonest we will see a remake of the Unova games. I think that the hints are just there for people who like seeing them. Like I said, distant future.

 

Yeah, they aren't going to make them anytime soon, that's for sure. The game are far too recent for remakes. Besides, we still have to wait for another Kanto remake, a Sinnoh remake and another Johto remake first.

 

Adding on to what Prosecutor mentioned, it will be a while until they remake them, if at all. I'm sure they've had "hints" around other Pokémon games referring to earlier games, I think they just put them there as easter eggs for those who've played them.

They'll probably continue on with the series for a while before they remake any other game again.

 

Well, they did have a lot of material to make it work with. B2/W2 are brilliant games because they were a sequel. Maybe they were trying to up the popularity of Gen. 5 games because a lot of people didn't like them for some reason.

 

I imagine that BW remakes wont happen until at least gen 8, but plenty of people above stated that already. But hey, maybe the hints are meant for gen 7. We don't know where N ran off too again let alone BW's main hero...maybe gen 7 will bring them back. N was a favorite character for a lot of people.

 

I'm against this. It would way too soon, and this region really doesn't need a remake anytime soon. I'm honestly against them remaking all of the games, because then it makes it less special.

 

As great as Unova was, I don't want ANY more remakes, not of BW, not of D/P, or anything else, unless it's an older spinoff like Pokémon Snap. If they do remake BW, won't be until another 10 years, at the very soonest.

 

Going with the whole trend here, each generation had a reference to the previous generation in the games. For example, in Pokémon ruby/sapphire, there was reference that the protagonist came from jhoto. It's definitely a stretch that they would remake the games so soon. However, it was really nice to see those little hints around and about.

 

Yes this would be better than to have all the Pokémon games be remade to fit in with the latest graphics~ Even though that would make capturing them all a lot more easier for those who do not have access to the Pokémon Bank.
