Cats or Dogs?

Although both animals have good qualities, I prefer dogs over cats. Dogs are a little more social than cats and are used more in the outside world like being seeing eye dogs or police dogs. I also think that dogs are a little cuter with how happily they wag their tail when they encounter a new friend.

 

I love cats but I've always been a dog lover? Why? I grew up around dogs since birth! I had a dog who died a few years after I was born then I was given another dog who died at the age of 19 and now I have another dog! I had at least 4 dogs in my life and when I don't have one I feel lonely and not myself. Cats are adorable yes I had a stray cat once but I find dogs more loveable and enjoyable to play with so I'm defiantly going with dogs.

 

I love dogs a little more than cats, but only certain types of dogs. For whatever reason, I hate dogs that don't let you do anything except by their terms. Like my Chiweenie. You cannot cuddle him, play with him, get him to sleep, etc. unless he wants to. It's infuriating, especially since my other dog, and Australian Cattle Dog, is nicely obedient and cuddleable.

Now I miss my dogs.

I love cats. They are very low-maintenance and perfect for the type of person that I am. Don't think I'd be able to handle being a dog owner as I'm not fond of all the attention and time they require.

I've been attacked by dogs several times as a kid so I'm a bit surprised I'm not scared of them.. but it always startles me to have a dog suddenly start barking at me when I'm walking somewhere. Because of that I tend to walk across the street if I'm about to pass by a house that has a dog behind the fence or somesuch.

 

Cats all the way

Cats are adorable and I'm afraid of dogs, that's reasoning enough right? XD

 

I love both. I have had both before, and I love them equally. I could never choose one over the other!

 

I love both, though I'm more partial toward dogs. Grew up with them my entire life and never had a cat (mom and stepdad are allergic to them), and I just find them cuter XD

 

I'm more of a cat person myself. I understand why people would prefer dogs, but that doesn't change my opinion. A cat is more independant, while it still cared as much about you as a dog would. And, another personal thing, I just think cats look cooler

 

I'm very much a cat person. I enjoy it when a cat comes up to me and brushes up against me. I can also identify with their shyness and wanting to run away from everything.

This kind of thing happens to me all the time. Seems like I'm a dog magnet, because every time I'm walking some dog barks at me relentlessly, even if I can't see it. I've also had dogs run out into the road to chase after me when I'm riding my bike.

 

No offense but i really dislike cats

 

I'm more of a dog person, definitely. I love dogs so much. When I think about dogs, I cry tears of joy. When I pet a dog, I transcend into the heavens. When I look a dog in the eyes, I feel good about myself.

I work at Canine Support Teams doing web design so apart from what I said, my answer should be obvious enough.
