Celebi - Pokemon Bank Event

    Nintendo Direct announced that if you get Pokémon Bank before September 30th 2014, you are able to get your own Celebi which knows a special move known as Hold Back which acts as Safe Guard and False Swipe. The Celebi is level ten and also knows Recover and Heal Bell. You can get it by using the Pokémon Link option in the bank.

    Super exited about this. I've never had a Celeci before cause I missed the event for HG/SS. I actually have one that I got from GTS but I'm like 99% sure its hacked.

    Also just a correction: Hold Back is only another False Swipe, not also Safeguard: it actually knows the move Safeguard.

    And that reminds me I need to breed my hacked Chimchar and get the other starters ready for transfer on my White version. D:

    I think I could give you a Zorua Celebi (The one that goes with the Zorua, since I have tons of those) or this one, Slugkid :o.
    This Celebi event though seems great, Celebi's are alwasy welcome, xD.

    Well, a free celebi? Don't mind if I do!
    Seriously, I'm probably just going to use the free month of the program and transfer all of my Pokémon from the previous gens and get that celebi, and then just not use it ever again. I'm probably not a terrible person for doing that...

    I'll probably just use the free month to migrate all my Pokémon too. Unless there isn't enough room in the PC to store all my Pokémon (that I want to keep) then I won't be paying for the bank service. Odds are that I'll need it, but I can easily pay for it myself.

    I'll end up doing the same. It's nice that they're including some incentive, but I would have preferred it to be something like Mew, Shaymin or Darkrai...one of those that you just don't see, every day. I'm just wondering if they're retyping Celebi to Fairy, and that's why they picked it.

    I consider Celebi to be one of the ones you don't see every day. It's only ever been available via event.
