How well can you handle change? Are you someone who needs it or do you prefer things to stay the same?

For me, I don't mind it if I'm told beforehand. I can get a bit overwhelmed with extreme change, but I adjust pretty well.

I like change, but only if it makes sense. I don't like sudden, jarring changes that just make everything worse, I'm very bad at handing things if something goes out of control. Due to my anxiety and depression, it can be hard to get back on track after a sudden negative change in my life, but most other changes I can handle fairly well.

Depends on the changes themselves. But generally, I don't take it very well.

As long as I can prepare for the change, I'll be fine. Otherwise I tend to freak out a bit and not take it very well.

It depends on how drastic the change is and if the impact is positive or negative. Generally, I don't mind change that much. If I have time to prepare, even better.

I can easily accept and handle the change if it's something I agree with or that benefits me and/or society. If it's a not-so-good change, then I may not handle it well. I'm in the middle about it.

Change is great. It's a breath of fresh air to change when things get boring. In all honesty, change is something I'm never comfortable with, but I get used to it pretty quick.

I've handled it pretty bad in the past but now I've learnt that change is for the best and is very important. No matter how hard you try, things will always change so it is better to adapt and embrace change.

It varies on what the situation is. I am honestly comfortable with adapting to new things and surroundings, like hair cuts and such. But otherwise I would feel uncomfortable at first but after 2 minutes ill be a happy camper.

Change is definitely good for solid human growth. However, I don't like change. I need stuff to be the same for me always.

I'm not a big fan of change myself, but I understand how it's necessary to live. If I'm informed of an imminent change, then I'm a bit happier, as I'll be able to cope better.

It's the smaller changes that seem to make me more uncomfortable, since really big changes hardly even seem like changes. More like something else entirely.
I can adapt pretty well though, since I'm a pretty laid back person as a whole
