Characters you might never use

Do you ever make a character without any real intention to use them? Maybe you just wanted to get an idea out, or just felt bored? I have a few saved, but I have one really fleshed out that I'll share. Spoiler tag because it's a bit long.

Name: Tiffany Blews

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Species: Fairy

Appearance: Tiffany has stone-cold blue eyes that still somehow seem warm when she speaks, and show off her natural beauty. Her jet black hair is cut rather short, hanging just down to her neck. Her bangs seem to defy gravity with the way they perfectly hang on her forehead, and her cheeks and lips are red with youth.

Tiffany is a bit taller, standing at 5'8, but still keeps a good figure. She's typically seen in classic black dresses, or black clothing in general, no matter the weather.

Special Abilities: Tiffany draws her powers from the environment, so they change depending on the climate, biome, current conditions, and her mood. She also draws her power from the sun and moon, and those are far more powerful than the former. However, Tiffany's power extends further than she can even control. With a lot of work, she can find it in herself to control someone's biological functions. Though, this comes with a rather taxing price. If she manages to conjure this ability, she falls into a Sleeping Beauty-esque state, and she can only awake under certain conditions.

Weapons: Tiffany doesn't carry many weapons. She has a knife on her, but she only uses it if she needs, and typically prefers to use her powers and wits to outsmart her foes. Physically, she's weak and easy to conquer, but her powers more than make up for it. She also doesn't have a bad right hook, and she can slap someone so hard they bleed.

Personality: Despite her dark wardrobe, Tiffany is bright and happy. She carries herself proudly, and portrays herself as fierce, flawless and not afraid to fight to get what she wants. She's also very argumentative and won't back down from a fight, and can hold a grudge for a long time. She won't back off until she wins.

Tiffany is rather naive and reckless. She rushes into things without thinking and can allow herself to get hurt because of it. Her friends typically advise her to do otherwise, but she's not much for listening. She lets her own decisions hurt her, and may even end up taking it out on her peers.

Tiffany wears her emotions on her sleeves, and it shows. She's emotional, and she cries when she's overwhelmed with most any emotion. If she's very, very happy she sheds tears of joy. If her rage takes over, she'll cry while screaming at whoever made her angry. Obviously, if she's sad, she'll cry with pity.

Tiffany vents often, and she seems to change rapidly. She'll look back on her life and see how she's matured, or remained, and look up at the starless sky and wonder how she became who she was.
