Most devices nowadays come with Micro USB cables that can be used for charging or transferring files to and from a computer. Included with the USB cable, there's a plug with a USB port to charge your device using an outlet.

How do you normally charge your phones or tablets? Do you charge them using the computer, or via a wall outlet/surge protector? When do you usually charge your devices?

Usually I charge my phone via wall outlet. For some reason my phone won't charge as fast if connected to my laptop. And my phone has a nice battery life, so unless I'm using it a lot, the battery won't run low very often. I will plug it in to charge when it's in the low yellow though. Charges quick too, which is nice.

I use the wall outlet to charge my phone, it works best.
I only charge it when the battery is low which is like three times a day, since I live on my phone XD (don't judge me)

At home, I charge using a wall outlet since it's faster. I'm usually not at home though, which is why I always bring with me a portable charger. I find those portable chargers really useful for people like me. :)

Outlets are generally the most efficient way of charging devices. It's slightly faster, and it doesn't use any of your CPU power (as minimal as it may be). That said, I obviously rely on outlets to charge all of my devices 100% of the time.

I plug my phone into the computer since it's pretty much always on when I need to charge the phone. That and I tend to lose the wall converter easily so charging via computer is so much easier; slower charging speed doesn't bother me since I pretty much always have enough battery to last when I go out. All my phone's used for when I'm not home are calls and even that on its own is rare.

I use a docking station/CD player thing to charge my phone. I usually use my laptop for everything so I only really need to put my phone on charge when I'm going to bed.

I charge my phone on the computer since it's pretty much almost always on. I usually charge it before I go to bed since I'd be going out the next day anyway.

I charge my phone whenever it is low or when I just arrived at work with it being less than 50 percent since I have to keep it charged in case I have to go out of the office and to make sure I have enough power to make it home.

I continuously charge my laptop since the battery is crap anyway.

For phone, it's a plug in one. For my mp3 player it goes in the computer.
I wait until they're nearly completely depleted before charging, don't want them to get a memory.

I use a wall charger for charging stuff, because USB ports have much less power, so they charge much slower. I do still charge via USB in school, because USB ports are easy to find there. Although you can't use my phone while it's charging from a USB: It uses more power than it receives, so if you use it while charging on USB then the battery will actually go down while it says it's charging! XD

I almost always prefer to use a wall outlet to charge all my devices. It's a lot easier to manage, and it charges the fastest.

Nowadays I end up feeling like my iPhone's battery drops fast, so I end up charging it up to full most of the time before I go out. I'm just that really paranoid guy, and sometimes it actually turns out to be necessary, but others it doesn't.

I always charge my laptop using the wall outlet. As for my phone, I change it using the wall outlet while at home, or if I'm travelling and my battery is low, I use a power bank if I remember to bring it. I only charge my devices when my battery is at 10% or less.

I always charge my tablet in the wall outlets to keep my USB ports freed up, and everything else in my computer. I only ever charge my devices when their batteries are low or before going out in public, though my laptop's battery needs to be charged constantly or else it'll only last for around ten minutes or so at best. Whenever I can, I might try to look into a replacement battery if it becomes too much of a hassle to keep it plugged in all the time.

Praise be to the Micro USB and USB socket chargers! Ahah. Nah, I love using actual wall socket plugs with the usb cable to charge my stuff. I don't really connect my devices to my laptop or anything else with a USB in it to charge anymore, with the sole exception of my mp3 player. What annoys me these days with charging stuff is that you never usually get an 'estimated time to charge' your device. It's a small tidbit of a complaint, sure, but still. It's a little bit annoying.

Yeah, that can be annoying. What I tend to do when I really need a charge is put the phone on airplane mode, close all apps, turn off the volume, and put it to the lowest brightness setting. Charges a ton more than with all of that open XD
