"Tony Chu is almost always hungry, but never eats. Here's why.

    Tony Chu is cibopathic.

That means he can bite into an apple and get a feeling in his head of where the apple was grown, who harvested it, what pesticides were used on it, and everything that happened to it until he ate it.

Or he could bite into a hamburger and get...well...something else entirely.

Strangely, the only food that Tony's power does not react to is beets.

Consequently, Tony Chu eats a lot of beets."

It's a VERY strange comic set in a world where a case of bird flu killed millions and now the consumption/possession/trafficking of poultry is considered a crime. When Tony Chu discovers that his own brother (a chef) is a chicken smuggler, he'll have to choose between family and the law.

Nah, just kidding. Tony's a rule-obsessed nut and he decides to arrest his brother without hesitating.

The overall plot of the series involves crime, drama, humor, vampires, love triangles, the most original superpowers you'll ever read about, wedding day high-heeled combat boots, and psychedelic Chogs.

What's a psychedelic Chog you ask?

(Chogs are also known as Fricken. The psychedelic versions leave you higher than Everest when you lick them.)
