Has there ever been a time while watching a film or movie where you feel chills? As in uncontrollable cold feelings that tingle your skin?

It happens to me, but I can't really find specific examples other than this: Mother Gothel's song "Mother Knows Best" in Tangled. When she sings it for the second time, I start to feel chills, not only because she has a dark aura surrounding her, but she also has a powerful voice that makes her seem both beautiful and fearsome at the same time.

What about you? Are there any moments in films that chill your spine?

"The human centipede films" Just ewwww and gross and nooooo
not that they are scary, just disturbing and awful.

Fun fact: My twinny was hyped for all three films and that's just (no comment)

I legitimately watched 5 minutes of the first film, until they showed the picture of the dog, then I turned it off.....

Hm, A few of the scenes in The Good Dinosaur made me feel legitimately uncomfortable ?? It was a pretty decent movie, but has some darker undertones.

I am not one to be bothered by gore and extreme things typically, but the second one stuck with me and was way over the top. Only movie since reaching adulthood that just made me not want to think about it too much after watching, some of that disturbed me way way more than the entirety of A Serbian Film which is no pleasant ride at all.

The first Human Centipede movie I found gross in concept but interesting in execution (and novel), the whole third one is like a shitty bad taste joke movie that knows it sucks, but number two is just brutal and downright sick far beyond the other two which are tame in comparison.

If you couldn't get through five minutes of the first one, don't even attempt the second. Just don't. It takes things to a whole new level. A lower one, it could be argued.
