Collaborative Art Contest

Welcome to the collaborative art contest! In order to win points for your team, you will be creating some Pokémon themed artwork. This could be Pokémon themselves, locations or characters from the Pokémon universe, references from the games or the anime/manga or the spin-offs etc, but it must in some way relate to Pokémon.

However, what makes this art contest different is that you will be required to work with everyone else from your team as well! This means you may be working with people you have not met before, and that you need to work together to figure out how to divide the work between you. This means that you need to approach the task with some planning and good communication early on, as you need to consider what you will make as well as how you will make it, so that everyone can contribute to the best finished piece possible.

In order to make collaborative work on this art easier, teams can discuss and share resources in their respective hub threads.

This will result in three different artwork submissions, one from each team, posted in this thread by 9.30am 30th of July (ACST).

Entries will be judged based on:

• time and effort spent, don't rush! (don't just leave it uncoloured, push it as far as it can go!)
• creativity of design and subject (don't just put a Pikachu floating around in white space, make it interesting and surprising!)
• team work evident (does it look like only one or two members have been involved or is it clear from the work and the hub threads that everyone has been involved?)
