Do you guys have a preferred having company? Why do you like them? What are some of their best games? Some of their worst? What was the first game you played by them? How long have you been a fan? On ghee flipside, what is the worst company? What did they do to make you hate them? Do they make any good games?

Well, my answer is obviously Nintendo. I only buy games for Nintendo consoles, since I only own Nintendo consoles, and some of my favourites are Pokémon, Fire Emblem, Smash Bros. and The Legend of Zelda.

I can't really say I "dislike" a certain company, but I don't really like the people who make games like Call of Duty. I mean, I can play it pretty well and I do from time to time when family is over and I don't get to choose what games we play, but they're just so unnecessary and not a good simulation of the real situation.

Methinks you made a typo in the asking of your question.

Nintendo and Game Freak are obvious ones around here, but I'm going to say two that I think won't get much mention: Insomniac and Rare.

Insomniac has such an awesome outrageousness with their games, particularly Spyro and Ratchet & Clank. They're well-thought, creative, smooth-running, and are generally loads of fun to play. Don't quote me on this, but I think Insomniac Games invented LOD in gaming, without which games would not be nearly as pretty as they are today. (LOD is where the game loads lower-resolution object and landscapes that are farther away from view, so far away that if there's less detail, the human eye won't notice. With our standards of HD gaming today, every gaming computer and console would need to be a borderline supercomputer to have their current pretty-ness without LOD)

Rare, on the other hand, made some of my favorite games from my childhood. Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Jet Force Gemini, and so many Donkey Kong games (DK Country 1-3, DK64, Diddy Kong Racing). Their art style, concepts, music, everything. They really had something good going on, and their games from that era hold a special place in my heart.

Other than the obvious Gamefreak and Nintendo, I'd really like to say Rare. The Donkey Kong Country games were amazing, and the graphics still hold up surprisingly well for a game that old. Also, not to mention GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Donkey Kong 64, Banjo and Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, and Conker's bad fur day. If you think about it, that's most of the N64 classics.

I can't say that I hate any company. You just have to think about it and realize that the people who make the games really are trying (probably) and that you probably wouldn't like it if somebody criticized you and your company/work.

Nintendo and Gamefreak of course, but other than that I like Capcom and Rising Star Games too. Both companies made some seriously great games and I always look forward to new games. It's not like I'm following any specific company though, I'm the kind of person who follows several gaming series.

My favorite companies are Nintendo and then specifically Game Freak and Monolith (Pokémon and Xenoblade <3) and then Capcom. My favorite Nintendo games are, well, Pokémon and Xenoblade as well as Smash Bros., Animal Crossing, etc. As for Capcom I really love Monster Hunter and Ace Attorney. Those are the only franchises I play from them but they're so good.
