The Uncommon Use of lv 1 Pokémon that can beat lv 100 Pokémon like aron and such has been very rare but now you can know how too

    1.(and most common)Aron:
haveing sandstorm and endevador it raises thhe weather anduses endevador to lower the oppoennts hp to 1%With its sturdy ability Protecting it from OHKO's it can be very Strong

    Weakness:MultiHit Moves/Weather(Hail)/Stautsing

Item:Shell Bell Allowing sturdy to be activated once more by resotring HP with shellbell and the attack being endevador

    2.(and rather most usefull)Cottene:
cottne uses its Leechseed and prankster ability with sub and leech seed and toxic it can very well end a Pokémon if the user decides not to switch out cotone canot be affected by stauts due to sub

    Weakness:Weahter/Multihit Moves/Stautsing Before Substitute

    Item:Focussash

    3.(rather 2nd most common)Magnamite:
Magnamite Uses Sturdy And Recycle To its advantage with its item being berryjuice it can Restore HP and deal damage to other Pokémon By Using toxic on the very frist turn

    Magnamite's Weakness:Hail/Will-O-Wisp/Multihit Moves

    Item:berry Juice

    4.(Old Gen Metas)Rattata:
Ratatta's Startegy Is Simple And Vunrable But Cant be Dealt With If You ODnot Have A Piority Move Or Weather Effect or Multihit Moves Rattata Using Endevador And QuickAttack To Succed In KOing One Pokémon Which May Come In Handy Sometimes

    Ratatta's Weakness:Multihit Moves/Weather Effects/Extreme Speed

    Item:Focus Sash

Ratatta is the most common and is the original FEAR user. I just want to clarify: the tactic is called F.E.A.R. For mons like Rattata, you mean any priority not just espeed. Also Cottonee runs Endeavor and Encore too, that way it sets up on non-attacking moves.
For most of these mons: Countered by hazards, encore, ghosts, leftovers, iron barbs/rocky helmet, mold breaker (sturdy), Grass types or Magic Bounce (Cottonee). I'm also not sure why Nosepass/Probopass isn't on here with Berry Juice, Sturdy, Toxic, Pain Split, Magic Coat, and Protect. It's the same thing as the ones above but more similar to Cottonee. Probopass is used level 2 because Steel typing. Level 100 Aron could also run a separate set in Metal Burst.
