Okay, I'm gonna just lay out the fact that no; I've not truly thought about a good competitive team before, even though I do enjoy competitive battling. I usually just roll on in there with my dragon type team (which is being re-created when I get Ivan in X )

SO All the suggestions are welcome.

All of them. (Though really Ivan, my garchomp, is a no-brainer. He stays with me.)

SO THIS IS WHAT I HAVE SO FAR.

Garchomp - Male - Lonely, Often dozes off - Sand Veil - Ivan; lvl 100
    HP: 375
    Attack: 334
    Defense: 197
    Sp.Attack : 185
    Sp.Defense : 208
    Speed: 253

Earthquake - Dragon Claw - Iron Head - Fire Fang

    Commonly holding a Shell Bell.

    ______________________________________

And then I want an Aegislash; which is still in the making. As of now I have ...

Doublade - Female - Brave, Scatters things often - No Guard - Akara; lvl 47

    HP:134
    Attack:155
    Defense:162
    Sp:Attack:59
    Sp.Defense: 74
    Speed:38

Shadow Sneak - Power Trick - Night Slash - Aerial Ace

I'm not sure I like the lay-out of her stats; So I might breed/re-train for my Aegislash.

But yeah, I've no idea what I should stick in for the rest of my team.

So suggestions are wanted o vo) b

It's weird not having a good idea how to competitive team but liking to take part in competitive battle. Quite odd indeed.

I'm not a die-hard competitive player either, but one thing: Doublade + Evolite is better as Aegislash in some aspects. Other than that, why don't you give Garchomp its MegaStone and wreck houses with that Megarchomp? If you don't want to, I'd really suggest you'd look for another Mega for in your team, they are really powerful!

I'm a little rusty at rating/helping with Competitive help but I'll see what I can do~
From your current layout, it's pretty hard to know the EVs/IVs of your Pokémon. But you may have to rebreed them; for instance Garchomp is Lonely but not running a mixed set. If you wish to go Physical then I will definitely run Jolly to boost its Speed a bit with the set you are running amd a spread of 4hp/252atk/252spe. Garchomp does have a nice 130 Attack and even without Adamant it can still punch holes in teams. Now I would also try to find one with Rough Skin since getting off some damage from priority users can be nice.
I can't really "build" your team since I don't know your playstyle; all I can say is build a team and test it many times and find out what works and what doesn't.
    Hope this helps.

    Just a thought.

    Garchomp [Ground/Dragon] (Deadset)
Aegislash [Steel/Ghost] (Other Suggestions: Shuckle, Carbink, Klefki, Cloyster)
Greninja [Water/Dark] (Ability: Protean) (Ice Beam, Scald, Extrasensory, Dark Pulse) (Special Sweeper) (Other Suggestions: Starmie, Alakazam, Gengar, Gardevoir)
Jolteon [Electric] (Ability: Quick Feet) (Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Roar, and maybe Swagger or Attract just to be a troll)
    Shuckle or Umbreon with Toxic
    Anything that can learn Will-o-Wisp.

I can give you a Sacred Sword Aegislash if you'd like.

Garchomp slows down when it megas, and Aegislash is slow from what I've seen. I recommend a sticky web lead (which is what I do)
