Rules:​

1) Participants are limited to two (2) guesses per weekly event. They cannot be withdrawn.​

2) You may only guess one (1) Pokémon at a time. No guessing multiple Pokémon to increase your chances.​

3) Your most recent guess will be counted as your final entry. If you guess correctly at first and then change your mind and guess incorrectly, you will not win.​

4) The first to correctly guess the Pokémon will receive first prize. All other guesses receive second prize.​

5) Additional hints may be given if deemed necessary.​

Hint 1: This Pokémon is often a desired Stealth Rock user.​

Hint 2: This Pokémon is a pure type.​

Hint 3: This Pokémon does not evolve or mega evolve, but that may change soon.​

 

A big thank you to everyone who participated in this event. I'll cut it short this week: the answer was in fact, Torkoal.


Due to its high defence, Torkoal can set up Stealth Rocks early in the game, and due to that move only acquirable in earlier generations, it has been the subject of many requests. It is a pure fire type, and what with the remakes coming out soon, at time of writing, it's possible that we may see a Mega Torkoal soon.
