Celebration Congrats Bloom on finding the first rare shiny!

    SO shinies have been out for a while now. When they were first released, many of us found one. However, at the time we couldn't properly create the most accurate shiny rates (aka the one from Sun & Moon) so a lot of us were receiving shinies very easily.

    But today, Bloom found the very first VERY rare shiny - a Staryu. That is about a 1/4000 chance which is a lot when you consider that chaining and such isn't a thing on LV. Congrats Bloom, enjoy your shiny!
