As for activity, there is tons more than when you first joined - you might not be looking in the right places as the forum has grown exceedingly since then.

And - there is no shoutbox anymore. It's been gone for quite a while now. You can read up on anything you missed by clicking here!

As said by the others above, the alternative to the shoutbox is now the Lake Valor PokemonShowdown server. All the great things about the shoutbox, plus a bunch more!

If you're interested, try checking out the Graphics forums to post your work and look at others'!
