Sorry I'm late with the voting thread, but I've had a lot of important stuff going on lately and this kind of slipped my mind. Anyway, here were our submissions for the Oktoberfest Creatémon Challenge and now its time for you to decide which you like more. Spoiler: Spookeed evolution line (HiddenLore) Went for a pretty basic design this month. Ghost has been paired with most types, but not normal. The spookeed line is known for their mischievous attitude. They like to pull pranks on other Pokémon and people. Their signature ability is Intangible, which allows them to have a chance to avoid taking damage from a physical attack, but also to occasionally take extra damage from a special attack. Spooktacle is able to mega evolve, further tearing the space Bbetween reality and allowing it to grow even larger. Spoiler: Ahkyni (Gazi) Ahkyni, the tidal wave Pokémon. Typing: Water/rock. Pokédex entry: When this Pokémon dances it causes earthquakes and tidal waves. It creates its own music by beating a bone against its shoulder. Based off the Inuit skeletal spirit Ahkiyyini, which dances around, playing music with its arm bone as a drum stick and scapula as a drum, and causes earthquakes and tidal waves in Alaska. I wanted to do an undead creature that is less known, and Ahkiyyini just sounded like so much fun. It was also nice to do a typing that was something other than ghost or dark. 1st Place: 200 pp + Oktoberfest Winner's Medal '20 2nd Place: 150 pp + Oktoberfest Participants Medal '20 3rd Place: 100 pp + Oktoberfest Participants Medal '20 Consolation Prize: Oktoberfest Participants Medal '20
The results are in! Looks like @Gazi took first place this month with both of the votes (I'd complain about only two people voting but I forgot to vote, so, um... anyway...) which puts @HiddenLore in second. I believe Jeydis will be handing out the prizes this time around, but if not then I will do so soon. Let's all give our winners a round of applause, and then you can head over to the next challenge here: https://lakevalor.net/threads/creatémon-challenge-november-2021.26446/
