    Anyone watched it or read it? DGM is my long time favorite series and it's such a big part or my life. Allen Walker is my favorite exorcist. >7< Talk to me about it!

    It's about the Black Order, an organization of exorcists meant to fight the Millennium Earl and his minions, the Noah and Akuma. In order to fight this war, the exorcists must collect innocence, a substance also found within their own bodies that holds enormous power the Earl could use to destroy and recreate the world. It's up to Allen Walker, a cursed boy and his companions to defeat the Earl and Noah in the holy war. huhuu

    I got all the Manga so far, the Anime (whats available), three art books(1 anime and 2 manga), cards, the Rose Cross Badge (for cosplaying but I just wanted one lmao), and a poster.

    Favorite character is Aleistar Crowley, one that has gone up in popularity since the beginning (for good reason in my opinion). I've drawn a bunch of fan art thats in my dA, but I haven't drawn any lately. I should remedy that...

    OMG HUG ME RIGHT NOW. I own all the manga too, the entire anime on dvd, 2 art books (one with the Japanese VAs' signatures), two rose cross badges (a general one and an exorcist one) and a poster and lenalee cosplay and a few timcanpy plushies >u< LETS BE NERDS TOGETHER WOOOOO

    Crowley is a cutie I'm really glad he's getting more attention. I'll have to see your fanart! When I was in middle school my sketch books flooded with dgm drawings, I'm serious it was a huge part if my life and got me out of a lot of dark places. Maybe we can put our heads together and do a dgm collab! >7<

    It's ongoing in the manga though Karate! So you could either read the manga all the way to where it is now, THEN watch the anime (which I would suggest), or the reverse, but it may get a bit confusing watching the anime first. I would also suggest (in my opinion) to stick with the original subtitled version of the anime. The voices fit a lot better. But like Aqua said, it's worth it. Great story and characters.

    I know, wtf?! Poor Lavi, and we haven't seen anything on him in forever! I know Allen's the main character, but she's cut back and forth for characters before. Hopefully Hoshino feels better soon though.

    BEGINS SCREAMING. OMG. D-GRAY MAN IS AMAZING. Allen Walker is so cute and I really love the series. It was really interesting! Unfortunately, I drifted from the series as there was a short hiatus and it caused me to kind of to get out of the series. However, from what I watched, I really loved how dark it was.

    DGM was the first anime I watched subbed, and the show that got me deep into watching anime. I don't follow the manga (or any manga).

    Hhh I feel that. I actually learned Katsura Hoshino (the mangaka) isn't sick anymore from what I hear. She's actually working on two new mangas (I read the first chapters of them and I'm not as impressed as I was with DGM) so I hope she's willing to return to it soon. I miss it so much!     From what I've heard and read, and I believed it after seeing the new manga she's been working on. (I could link you to it if you like!) She works slower though but she's definitely getting her hands full with other projects. I guess I'm just worried she's getting tired of DGM and wants to move on from it, which I hope is just me assuming things and not true. DGM is the very first anime/manga I found true interest in I'd hate to see it go away or end poorly.
