    A few things I would like to distinguish before I get into the meat and
    potatoes of the RPverse.
    1. Darkheart Era is originally a fanfic made by me. The story itself is waaaaay off the rails for LV however the premise of it is not.
    2. When I mention the list of factions a character can be a part of for the RP I will only mention ones that have a hard stance of Good or Evil. Some flip-flopped in actual Darkheart Era so I want to simplify it.
    3. There are some sub variations of Pokémon based on bloodlines and stuff and for the sake of simplicity will not include them in The RPverse
    4. I also shortened the amount of regions of origin to simplify rather than have things to overwhelming
    A general summary

    The year is 2018 in a war torn world just now finding it's way back to peace after 5 long decades of war that have drained the resources of all the regions in the world. Various factions fight for control over resources and to mediate an end to the countless fighting. While it may all seem bad to some it is in this time that Civilians will live the longest and most peaceful in most regions.

    Regions
    1. Kanto/Johto (combining these into one for the sake of the RP because the aren't much different as for as the RPverse is concerned): The beating heart of the free world. Most crime is tame here in comparison to other parts of the world.
    2. Hoenn: The criminal outback where most modern crime culture can trace it's origin to. Otherwise a region of great historical and cultural importance that has been passed down from generation to generation.
    3. Sinnoh: The once richest nation on the planet 50 years ago has recovered from the collapsed economy. But they still have not fully reconstructed the towns that had been lost from many causes.
    Factions

    1. Novastar: The one main organization fighting for peace and equality. They have the lowest life expectancy of it's members due to the taxing work they put on their bodies day in and out. Whether stopping crime or various other evils to giving food to the poor they and their allies have kept things safe. (Dragoon piercers, Genesis and Sparrow are all teams working as allies to their cause.
    2. Burn Core: The complete opposite of Novastar Burn Core was once formed to keep the small bits of the developed world from collapsing. Now they have become the symbol of corruption and evil. (Team Rocket and Galactic are their allies but not all of them for simplifying the RPverse)
    3. Civilian/Unaffiliated: The name speaks for itself.

    I shall now throw my hat in the ring.

    Character name: Tyson

    Age: 22

    Pokémon species/physical details: Tyson is a male Kirlia, who despite living in Hoenn for all his life, keeps himself pristine and clean.

    Backstory: During his early stages in life, he lived like your average gutter rat in the bad parts of Hoenn, stealing food, shoplifting, and running away from law enforcements. He learned early on that, while crime does payout, it can also get you into deep trouble. Seeing as people around him kept being thrown behind bars, he decided to lay low for a while, and try to find new ways to not get heat from the law. That's when he first saw a shady looking shopkeeper scamming a Hoenn tourist. By utilizing a mixture of slight of hands and sweet talking, he was able to scam the tourist into buying a lot of worthless junk. At that point, a thought went to his head: "Shop lifting and taking money from strangers might be a crime; but lies and deceit technically aren't." From that point on, he used up the bit of money he had in order to jumpstart his little scamming business. Utilizing his small and innocent looking frame, he was able to cheat some suckers into buying items at three times the price. At first it started with dumb and rich tourist, but he eventually grew good enough to cheat the locals as well. When he evolved into a Kirlia, he decided to utilize his now feminine looking frame to scam even harder. It took a bit of practice, but he eventually perfected the act of talking in an extremely feminine voice, which assisted in lowering the guard of unsuspecting victims when he would act a bit clutzy. While he did get asked by a few officers about 'Possible fraudulence', he was immediately let go, since they didn't have any evidence. Nowadays, he's adept at the arts of marketing. He owns his own market stall, with a mixture of actual normal quality objects to properly sell, and random junk to scam people with. While most of the money is used to feed himself and buy more stocks to sell, he actually uses some of it in order to attempt to make his gutter of a hometown into a decent place to be.

    What moves or combat gear do they use: Being a merchant by trade, seeming unarmed is an extremely good way to either not look suspicious, or to lower their guard. So from an outside perspective, he seems unarmed. In reality, he takes advantage of his psychic typing and the abilities that come with it. By hiding knives and blades nearby around his stall, he's able to use his psionics to grab all of them at once and swarm the would be assailant, if things would ever go south with a feisty customer. When not on his stall, he keeps a few blades with him at all times, hidden from view. He can fight using his normal psychic/fairy moves at a distance, but when all else fails, he's adept at using small blades in hand to hand confrontation.
