    There's no discussion thread for Darling in the Franxx yet, so that should change! DITF is a new winter anime made my Studio Trigger that came out just this year, and is currently one of the most popular out. It's a new take on the mecha anime, and many are comparing it to Neon Genesis Evangelion.

    DITF has no manga, so the things we know are the things that have only been revealed in episodes, or have been speculated by fans. So, discuss any and everything Franxx related here!

    Okay okay, so first off let me just say... I'm a huge fan of Trigger so I'm definitely biased. That being said, this show is awesome but it also has it's problems, there's some things that could have been done better story wise and some characters are pretty much just there because they need to be… Now the music and animation are fantastic, as are the more fleshed out characters, so yeah I'm definitely still enjoying it.

    I have so many questions.
    Spoilers in questions. Read at own risk.
    What is the giant arm?
    Is Zero Two a clone of the princess or her daughter?
    Do the 9's have less klaxosaur in them? (horn shadows)
    The APE's physical bodies. Are they human?

    The music and new opening are love.

    Well, I can only answer one of those questions.

    So, Zero Two was made with the Klax Princess' DNA, and, as some are speculating, the DNA of Dr. Frank's deceased wife. So that wouldn't make her a clone, but depending on how much DNA there is, she could be either a sister or daughter to the Klax Princess.
