Decipher Zero by asking lots of questions and getting answers. I’m changing things up! After running this thread for a while, I’m not longer answering solely in haiku, but in a whole bunch of different ways! And I’m letting you choose. I'll answer your question in one of three ways (or more if you have something you want me to try): Haiku, purple prose, or various kinds of metered verse: Haiku Answering haiku, I will count my syllables: five, seven, and five. These three-lined poems are my established style. They're easy for me. Purple prose When replying in purple prose, I will answer in expansive, relentless, unnecessarily descriptive ways that push the topic to seem even more grand and complex than it should be on its own, wresting the very limits of the English language’s purpose to answer your mundane queries in ways that, quite often, will result in run-on sentences and have the complete mirror opposite the intended epic effect. Metered verse Iambic Pentameter As Shakespeare did I will speak in five steps. I've learned by now to wield these classic depths. Anapestic Triameter Like a waltz I will answer Qs thine: anapestic triameter nine! Trochaic Tetrameter Once upon a friendly query, I wrote like Poe (almost, nearly). Dactylic Hexameter Rhythm like rappers, my flow can be seen here now Challenge me in a rap battle, prepare to bow! If you don't choose one for me I'll choose something myself. But please choose one for me! I thirst for challenge! Decide how I give answers, and I will perform!
