    I personally don't think we should use the new type, but if we do, we NEED to ask permission first. Don't submit before knowing if it's allowed and all that. Also, I voted for several things on the poll, including Other, but I don't have Facebook and it wouldn't let me comment without that. So here is what I wanted to say.

    Maybe something like a pig in a blanket that evolves into a Genie pig on a magic carpet. That would be cool. Just some kind of mix of multiple given options. A humanoid fish, or a flying dog or something.

    So, I just spoke with WolfExpert, and while it would be fine to use our Type from the Design-a-Type Challenge, we'll also have to be aware that the points we get in that challenge could/would also affect the the points we get in this one; in other words, we will have to come up with a solid Type plan first before we could even get designing. Do you think we should go the extra mile on this one, or play it a bit safer and stick to the already created typings?

    Depending on what we choose for our type, we could design a Pokémon that could work for our type but could also use the official types, that way we have an option later of which one to go with.

    One thing we should try and keep in mind with choosing what kind of Pokémon to make is what are artists' strengths are. It would be bad if we settled on a design and then discovered that none of our artists can do it justice.
