How much detail do you put into your art, if you put any at all? How much detail is too much detail? My art is the definition of over simplification. I barely put a lot of details. Simple is better for my style.
My style's kind of the opposite. I tend to use really thin lines, and my art just doesn't look right to me if I don't put enough detail into it.
I don't really put much detail into my art but I'm going to try and start putting a little more detail in the hope that it will help my overall art skills improve more.
Depends on what I am drawing I guess, I used more details in my drawing of Tatsutahime (Bleach OC) and other human characters than I did in my drawings of my Pokémon OC
It just depends on the style I'm going for, I guess. I like adding a lot of detail for more complicated drawings. I don't think you can have too much detail unless you can't tell what's happening anymore.
I like putting lots of detail in my art. Even my more simple drawings have at least a few little details in them.
