    Create Artwork for POKEMON: Detective Pikachu

    So, I don't think this has been mentioned yet, but are you aware that Warner Bros. and Legendary are hosting a Fan Art contest for Detective Pikachu?

    "To amplify the launch of the film, Warner Bros. Pictures and Legend Pictures LLC (“Legendary”) are creating an art activation campaign leading up to POKÉMON Detective Pikachu’s release, and they want to collaborate with you!

    Artists, designers, illustrators and animators from around the world are invited to create one-of-a-kind static or animated artwork for POKÉMON Detective Pikachu inspired by the latest     imagery and teaser trailer from the film."

    On January 7th, 2019, 5 winners from around the globe will be chosen to receive $2,000 USD and potentially have their art used in future Detective Pikachu marketing campaigns.

    This sounds like the opportunity of a lifetime! Anyone participating or planning to participate? Share your ideas, plans, and artwork, and good luck to all participants!

    I won’t be creating any fanart, but I think it’s worth mentioning my friend saw a tweet claiming Detective Pikachu is NOT for kids and that Pikachu... kills a man? Originally, I wouldn’t have gone, but now we’re planning to go as a group when it releases to see if the rumors are true.
