    Did the original 1974 movie, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, win any single awards? Why? This is because it was one of the greatest and most influential horror films known for its genre of slasher film. That's what saw on the Wikipedia list of films considered the best. What do you think?

    Like most horror movies it did not win any major awards at the time. Its become quite the cult classic though, kinda curious about why you were wondering this? The Wikipedia page for the movie is pretty detailed.
