I've noticed that many artists on LV tend to only create art digitally or traditionally. I have seen a few small sculptures in the art thread too, but these three types of art aren't the only mediums that exist in the art world. Is there any medium that you would like to try, but haven't gotten the chance to?

I have personally dwelled in unconventional materials as an art medium. I have created many portraits using sequins out of all things! I would love to find some more unconventional materials to use as art supplies.

I would also really like to try water color. It's absolutely fascinating to watch someone create a water color piece, not to mention the end result is always stunning.

Although I don't do it very often (as I usually lack the proper paper), I love water color and acrylic paints. I also sew rarely, although I haven't done much relating to it and have lots to learn.
I'd like to learn how to do oil painting or pastels (chalk and oil), or somehow return to ink printing (I've made stamps and t-shirts). That was really fun.

Ooo oil painting! It's so much fun! Although it does take forever to dry. I do find oil painting really fun if you like blending colors!

I've made a few sculptures thanks to school, maybe I could post them online.

I did some sculpting in the past, ans some watercolor, but my favorite mediums are just traditional and digital art.

I am not sure if crochting is considered an art form, but I do this fairly often as well.

@Morgaine I'd consider it art, most definitely!

I forgot to mention, but I also used to do sculpture and have a pot of air dry clay to use still.

@Shadria It is just so different from the art forms we usually see on Lv that I was doubting if it could be considered so, but you are right, it should be considered an art form. Crocheting is fun, but it sure is painful on the hands, especially when I poke myself again...
