I'd say I'm a healthy person. I could be healthier than I am, but my bad habits (or, more accurately, lack of good habits) don't seem to be affecting me negatively. Should I work out? Maybe, but the only time that comes back to haunt me is gym class. Should I eat healthier? Maybe, but nothing has ever happened when I don't. I'm doing fine - even if I could be doing a little better.
Physically, I'm a very healthy person. I don't exercise much, but due to my unique physical traits, I mostly have too eat healthy foods. Bean, oats and various other all natural foods make up my diet. Although I do suffer from some physical problems, their mostly just minor deformities and aren't something I can change. I'm a little tired from all the hard work I do, but other than that, I'm chugging along just fine.
For me, I don't. Not physically, anyway. Have a health condition that prevents me from exercising too much; so the most I can do is take a walk around the park here and there and not for too long. It sucks because I do actually want to go to the gym at some point but alas. At least I eat somewhat healthy? Sometimes, anyway. I eat lots of fruits (mainly apples), so there's that.
I think so. I try to stay in shape for better health, especially now that I'm getting older. I like to keep my diet as clean as possible and I try to get a good workout at least 3 days a week.
For the most part, yep, if a bit underweight. I need to bulk up again a bit, but all my engineering classes have my hands tied exercise-wise >_> I have weak noodle arms.
Healthy in the sense that I currently am not sick with anything. Healthy in general? Not really. The way I am, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before something does strike me, and that's why I'm attempting once again to change things to hopefully stave things off for longer.
Nutritionally, I am not healthy at all. I have a pop-tart for breakfast every morning, for example. Really, the only thing keeping me in shape is that I like to swim, that I hike during the summer, and that I'm a teenager so my metabolism is higher than people who aren't teens.
I'd say so, especially during the school year when I have dance classes and rehearsals regularly. My diet is okay for the most part, and I am at a good weight for my height. I don't get horribly sick often, though a few colds hit me every now and then each year.
I could be doing better, and I'm slowly working on building up some good habits that may benefit my health, such as eating less and some easy exercising. I consider myself a fairly healthy person though. Physically active, definitely not, but healthy.
Not anymore. I used to be healthy last year when I was eating and exercising. Now, I don't have a regular routine for food and its quite concerning. But I do eat when I can.
I’m overweight but I’m healthier than most of my kind. I can run, jump, and do other stuff. I’ve been able to run a mile without stopping and I box normally for exercise. I’m tall and strong too so that kinda helps.
I'm severely underweight with a BMI of 16.2, though this wasn't my worst. I'd say I eat less than a normal person, but I don't skip meals like I used to(I'm not anorexic, it was because there wasn't enough time to eat lunch at school). I'm definitely not athletic, though. The only sport I practice is horse riding, which doesn't really build any muscles. I can be fast, but not strong. I'm good at doing long/high jumps, though.
