Exactly the title. Are you a breakfast person? What's your favorite thing to have for breakfast? I usually try to have something for breakfast, especially if it's a school day. I can skip breakfast if I want to though. This is usually on weekends or mornings when I'm not in the mood for breakfast.
Unless you count a quick granola bar and small bag of fruit snacks to wake me up, nah. I just periodically end up eating whatever's in the house throughout the day until lunch and dinner.
I adore breakfast food, its simply the best food. I dont make fancy breakfasts daily but I try to have some sort of breakfast to help me wake up.
To me, breakfast is a waste of time. Cause most of the time you're eatting lunch not long after, but than there's a large gap of time where there's no food between lunch and dinner. so if breakfast was there that'd be great
I eat two meals a day, typically leaving out a meal around the breakfast time slot. It usually looks something like 110 AM and 5:00 PM. Breakfast food may be some of my favorites, but I just don't have an appetite in the morning. I'm definitely not opposed to making breakfast food at any time of the day though.
I stopped eating breakfast starting in middle school. I found that eating so early/soon after waking made me sick, and seeing as I had to run and grab the bus, it was far easier to just skip it. High school was the same. As an adult, I'm only just starting to eat in the mornings, but rarely is it the typical breakfast food. I guess my standard favorite is donuts. Got a variety of flavors and textures so it keeps it interesting
donuts are good. I live right next to a donut place in my town called Ikes and they are super good because if you get there early enough (around 50) you can get them nice and warm and just YUM.
I mean, sometimes? If I've got the time and am hungry, I have no qualms about a quick breakfast consisting of a toast or two. Most times however, since I don't particularly waking up, I sacrifice my breakfast for ten or so additional minutes of sleep, so there's that. Honestly, I don't really mind skipping out on breakfast, even if it is supposed to be the "most important meal of the day." I guess I just got used to it over the years. Maybe that'll change though, who knows...
