I was thinking about this tread many months ago but i wasn't campable enough to run it! But this 2 months i laddered pretty hard on every tier and now i am ready for this tread! The only think you have to do is to post your team in this topic! I will take your team and test it on ladder matches on showdown! Then i can have a full view of your team and recommend some changes or not! This topic is made for your help, since i know that a lot of Valorians want to battle but they need some help! Well, @[member="shinygiratinaz"] i looked up your team pretty carefully! It is a balanced OU team that relies on its bulky sweepers and takes any hit! Quite impressive team but i have some recommendations to make:

    1) Nice idea to put bisharp the black glasses! That way you don't take recoil from life orb and you hit pretty hard since bisharp usually uses Dark-type attacks! But I think that you don't need psycho cut at all! Psycho cat hits poison mons pretty hard but you don't need it since you are a steel type mon and you have immunity to them! Also, bisharp can not beat fighting type mons because all fighting type OU mons are faster that bisharp or they have mach punch! (conkeldurr, lopunny, keldeo, infernape). So psycho isn't much of a use! Instead of that, i put Swords Dance! It helps you set up really quick and with the heavy priority Sucker Punch you can sweep entire teams! You will see how it works on the replays! So:

    Bisharp @ Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Psycho Cut ---> Swords Dance
    - Iron Head

    2)Skarmory is nice defensive mon that can wall almost any OU physical attacker! But i think that Skarmory needs something that can hit fighting mons since Skarmory can wall them pretty well! Also, Skarmory needs to defog, in order to prevent your opponent from putting a lot of hazards on your side of the field! So, i replaced Stealth rock and Spike with defog and Brave Bird! I know you want Skarmory to throw hazards on your opponent, but you have no hazard control that way, so i put defog and i put Stealth Rock on your Landorus! THat way, also, Skarmory can do some serious damage to a lot of Physical Mons since it has Rocky Helmet and can hit pretty hard with Brave Bird! So:

    Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Spe
    Impish Nature
    - Spikes ---> Brave Bird
    - Stealth Rock --->Defog
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost

    3) Landorus Therian is nice defensive mon that can Intimidate some physical mons and do some Damage ! I put Stealth Rock over Knock off because we already have Bisharp for that job! Also, i put Conk knock off, so you don't need that move at all! Instead i put Stealth Rock for some constant damage on your opponent's mons! Also, i changed its EVS a little! I made it a bit more defensive, in order to stay more on the field and make some work! It doesn't need so many Speed investment since it outspeeds the mons that walls already! (breloom, defensive garchomp,heatran). Stone edge is pretty nice for talonflames! So:

    Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 128 Atk / 128 Def / 252 Spe ---> 180 HP / 108 Atk / 120 Def / 100 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off ---> Stealth Rock
    - U-turn

    4)Conk is pretty nice in your team, since it's a mon that can take hits and hits pretty hard in return! It also walls rotom-w which is the biggest problem in your team! I changed EQ for knock off, since it's move that allows Conk to hit pretty hard Psychic mons on the switch and throw away items from defensive mons like clefable! It really comes in handy! Mach Punch is a nice Stab priority move for Conk and ice punch deals heavy damage to lando and garchomp! So:

    Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Drain Punch
    - Mach Punch
    - Earthquake ---> Knock Off
    - Ice Punch

    5)Raikou is your second Assault Vest mon that helps Conk on the Special Side! Thunderbolt in nice, because you have a powerfull Stab to hit with! Extrasensory is also nice, since it hits Venusaur Mega and Breloom. Also, HP ice is nice since it hits pretty hard lando or garchomp! I replace aura sphere for Volt switch though! Aura Sphere hits steel type mons but Volt Switch gives you some Switch advantage! In order to achieve that, I maximized Raikou's speed! Raikou is so fast and Outspeeds the majority of the OU mons! That means that can hit almost anything with T-bolt and do some serious damage! So:

    Raikou @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe ---> 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Rash Nature ---> Timid Nature
    IVs: 30 Atk
    - Aura Sphere --->Volt Switch
    - Extrasensory
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Water] ---> Hidden Power [Ice]

    6)Last but not least you have heatran in your team! Amazing choice since it works amazingly well with Skarm! Skarm avoids Ground attacks and heatran absorbs the fire attacks! You also made a fast Heatran set which is nice, because everyone expects the normal defensive set! I changed Dragon Pulse for Flash Cannon, since it's Stab and hits fairy mons for super effective damage! I know you have bisharp for that, but your main switch to fairies is Heatran, so i made that change! Also, latias/latios cannot really touch you and they take some serious damage from Flash Cannon! Taunt is nice, since it cripples a lot of defesive mons like chansey or mew. Earth power is for other Heatrans that may come in! So:

    Heatran @ Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 128 HP / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Flamethrower
    - Dragon Pulse ---> Flash Cannon
    - Earth Power
    - Taunt

    So, the team will look like this:

    [3D='bisharp']

    Bisharp @ Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Head

    [3D='skarmory']

    Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet

    - Brave Bird
    - Defog
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost

    [3D='raikou']

    Raikou @ Assault Vest

    As you will see, Bisharp with SD sweeps entire teams! Also, Volt Switch on Raikou is really helpful!

    FINAL NOTES: Although this team did so well on ladder, i found myself stuck on 1400 ELO and having serious problems with Rotom-W and Keldeo! I thought that the team needed something for these 2 mons and It also needed a mega, that will help this team sweep really fast! So, i replaced Lando, and i put Gyarados mega instead! It also intimidates and it sets up and sweep really easily! It also is a good counter over rotom-s and keldeos since it ruins them with Mold Breaker EQ. I put Stealth Rock to heatran over Taunt! It easily sets up on walls, since it lures them to make a support move(Rotom goes for will o wisp, ferrothorn goes for leech seed) and it subsitute and then set up on them! So:

    [3D='gyarados-mega']

    Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Substitute
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake

    Here are some replays with gyarados. As you will see it really helps:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256561181

    I found out later that Crunch over EQ is better:

    Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Substitute
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake --->Crunch

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256579973

    I did the best i could with this team! It really is a remarkable team and really fun to use! I hope you like these notes and if you have any further questions about your team, @[member="shinygiratinaz"], feel free to ask on this topic!

    Have Fun!

    Well, @[member="UltraHaxorus"] I tested your team really carefully! It was hard to fix this team, due to the fact that when i first saw this team i said '' Nice team!" So i tested it! I found out that this team had a lot of issues especially with mons like bisharp(which destroys the entire team by it's self) and excadrill or keldeo if latias die! So i made a very careful analysis over this team and i am going to present it to you right now:

    1) Clefable is your physical wall! Clefable has 2 standard sets! The Unaware one and the Magic Bounce one! I see that you use the Unaware clef! But this type of Clef is suitable only for teams that has a lot of set up sweepers! Clef wish-passes and heal bell in order to achive the sweeping with your other mons! But in this team you don't have a set up sweeper at all! So i decided that clef has to be the magic bounce set! Look at it:

    Clefable @ Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Moonblast
    - Thunder Wave
    - Calm Mind
    - Soft-Boiled

    This set allows you to sweep with he clefable itself and it's a nice physical wall too with magic guard to absorb the statuses! It's more useful since your team is based on Volt-turn Manectric-Lando core, so if any opposing mon is going to set up, you volt switch-u-turn into a mon that suits you best! So i went with this mon!

    2)Manectric and lando are good as they are! They work pretty well together with double intimidate and constant switchings! I didn't change them at all!

    3)Heatran is good too! It works pretty well with clef and it's your stealth rocker! I left it as it is!

    4)Latias is another supportive mon that helps your other mons with the healing wish! I changed it's item to lefties due to the fact that latias has no recovery at all and you need it alive to healing wish in late game! It's moves are fine! Also, i changed it's EVS a little in order to hit hard! So:

    Latias (F) @ Life Orb --->Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe ---> 4 HP / 252 spA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Defog
    - Draco Meteor
    - Healing Wish

    5) Bisharp really gave me a headache! I decided that i had to remove pursuit from your bisharp due to the fact that you are so weak to other bisharps! So, i decided to put Low Kick instead in order to destroy the other bisharps! I also made it jolly max speed in order to outspeed them easily! The black glasses are fine as i said on the previous team! So:

    Bisharp @ Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe --->252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature ---> Jolly Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Sucker Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Pursuit ---> Low Kick

    So our team this far is:

    [3D='manectric-mega']

    Manectric-Mega @ Manectite
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    [3D='landorus-therian']

    Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - U-turn
    - Knock Off
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge

    [3D='clefable']

    Clefable @ Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Moonblast
    - Thunder Wave
    - Calm Mind
    - Soft-Boiled

    [3D='heatran']

    Heatran @ Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
    Calm Nature
    - Lava Plume
    - Stealth Rock
    - Toxic
    - Taunt

    [3D='latias']

    Latias (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Psyshock
    - Defog
    - Healing Wish

    [3D='bisharp']

    Bisharp @ Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Sucker Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Low Kick

    I made these changes and then i started to play! Here are the replays:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256683841
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256687471
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256691785
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256708341
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256711162

    As you will see Magic Guard Clef does a lot of work on this team! But again this team had some problems: Mega Venu, Bisharp,Heatran and Excadrill partied hard with my team and also Keldeo gave me a headache too! This team didn't go so well on the ladder! So, i decided that it needs some changes! I found latias as the most expendable member of your team and i changed it immediatelly! I may lost the Defog, but i don't really need it because my mons has no problem with rocks at all! I put keldeo in it's position! Keldeo destroys any thread that your team has! I used this set ( I think it's the best keldeo set):

    Keldeo @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Scald
    - Hydro Pump
    - Secret Sword
    - Icy Wind

    Really fast mons with so much SpA stat that brings everything down! Scald and hydro pump work well because sometimes you want to scald in order to get a burn or even OHKO some mons that has it super effective and hydro pump OHKO mons like manectric, heatran, etc. Icy wind is for Latis and garchomp! Then i needed a wall breaker on this team really bad! So i left bisharp behind and i put Hoopa! Here is the set i chose:

    Hoopa-Unbound @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Magician
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Hyperspace Fury
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Gunk Shot
    - Drain Punch

    This thing beat venu to the face and destroys the fairies like bisharp did! Assault vest was for more bulk! Drain punch is for ferros/Heatrans that may come in! So the current team is:

    [3D='manectric-mega']

    Manectric-Mega @ Manectite

    I played a few matches with this team! Here are the replays:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256717374
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256719906
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-256720372

    Keldeo really helped the team! Hoopa on the other hand did almost nothing! I also saw that this team had some issues with physical mons despite Clef and double intimidate! So i started to think something to replace hoopa immediatelly!I tried Jirachi and Zygarde but they didn't work well! And then i got an amazing idea! This team needed more bulk! So i thought that a grass type would fit perfectly well on this team! I needed a bulky grass that can also sweep and has decent recovery! ( Helps with keldeo) That mon was celebi! So, i made a grass-water-fire core on your team that gave some amazing results! Your team really did well on high rank after these modifications! Here is the celebi set:

    Celebi @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 204 HP / 184 Def / 8 SpA / 40 SpD / 72 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Nasty Plot
    - Earth Power
    - Recover

    This mon gave this team so much bulk! Pretty defensive as you see, giga drain as Stab move and earth power for heatrans and Jirachis! I really caught them off guard! Nasty plot lets Celebi to set up real quick and recover is for gaining HP! It really did it's job!
    FINAL NOTE: I found my self weak to Mega- V again! So i changed lava plume on heatran for magma storm! It traps Venu and with taunt it cannot switch or heal! It completely ruins it! I managed to do that on a replay!

    So the final team is:

    [3D='manectric-mega']

    Manectric-Mega @ Manectite
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    [3D='landorus-therian']

    Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - U-turn
    - Knock Off
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge

    [3D='clefable']

    Clefable @ Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA

    - Calm Mind
    - Soft-Boiled

    [3D='heatran']

    Heatran @ Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
    Calm Nature
    - Magma Storm
    - Stealth Rock
    - Toxic
    - Taunt

    [3D='keldeo']

    Keldeo @ Choice Specs

    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature

    - Hydro Pump
    - Secret Sword
    - Icy Wind

    [3D='celebi']

    Hey thanks man. I wanted Latias for Defog because of the hit-and-run nature of Manectric made it switch in a lot and take a lot of hazard damage. And I also wanted Clef with Unaware because Manectric is set-up bait for Zard X. But I saw what you did with the team and I'm excited to use it.

    I've really been enjoying using my team with your changes! Gyarados is awesome, and skarmory is doing better now that it isn't just an annoyance. I've had so many people forfeit once I get even two dd on the gyarados haha. Thank you so much! :D

    Comments: I haven't used this team as much, but I've had some fun with it. I haven't been too consistent on the ladder though. This is partially because I'm just not the best at battling, but I wanted to know if there was anything here that doesn't work or could work better.

    Well, @[member="shinygiratinaz"] ' team was really SUCH a good team, that i will keep it on my RU archive! This team is balanced, has a decent wall that can wall any physical attacker on RU tier and it hits hard! I loved using this team on the ladder! I made some modifications though before laddering because this team needed them! So:

    1) I see that you made a leavanny sweeper set! That's fine, but because your team is SO slow, i decided to put on leavanny the move Sticky Web! This will help you sweep with your other mons and generally wreck teams apart! Also, sticky web leavanny works SO well with banette, because banette prevents rapid spin! How cool is that? The main spinners on RU tier are the hitmos and banette destroys them easily! I replaced SD, because you need leavanny to though sticky web with your sash and then deal as much damage as it can with its other 3 moves! So:

    Leavanny @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Swarm
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - X-Scissor
    - Swords Dance ---> Sticky Web
    - Knock Off
    - Leaf Blade

    2)I noticed that your team has no special wall! That's bad because meloetta is really a thing on RU tier! So, i decided to run AV eelektross! THat thing really doesn't fall with the AV! It also has great coverage and hits pretty hard! Big root really doesn't help eelektross at all, since all your absorb moves( giga drain, drain p) are not STAB! I decided to run your set first! It really didn't work so well! I made eelektross a mixed attacker in order to hit everything nice! I also need volt switch for switch advantage! So:

    Eelektross @ Big Root
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Drain Punch ---> Giga Drain
    - Fire Punch ---> Flamethrower
    - Thunder Punch --->Volt Switch

    I replaced fire punch over flamethrower because the common switch on eelektross is tangrowth, as you will see on the replays too! Also, steelix is a thing too! Flamethrower hits better on them that fire punch! Also, giga drain is better than drain punch, because there are things like Rhyperior, Gastrodon and Omastar that are been hit SO hard with this move!

    3) Clawitzer was a great choice for this team! It really hits hard, it has amazing movepool and quite the bulk! A made a few changes on it though! Since i have sticky web on this team, i decided i give clawitzer a lot of Speed investment! That way it can outspeed almost any mon on the RU tier which isn't scarf with the Sticky Web! Also, i replaced Dragon Pulse over ice beam in order to hit both dragons and grass type mons! I also put the life orb to hit even harder! So:

    Clawitzer @ Expert Belt ---> Life Orb
    Ability: Mega Launcher
    EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 SpD ---> 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Calm Nature ---> Timid Nature
    - Dark Pulse
    - Aura Sphere
    - Dragon Pulse ---> Ice Beam
    - Water Pulse

    4)Banette is a decent mega on this team because , as I said before, it blocks the spinners! The set you run, though , doesn't let banette sweep! It has amazing Attack Stat and an amazing ability! I put both shadow sneak and shadow claw in order to hit hard and have a priority move on the team! I put Will 'o Wisp over Sub because i can cripple things like hitmos, flygon and Steelix! Also, i put gunk shot for coverage! (Tangrowth, aromatisse). I also made it max speed in order to outspeed anything with the Sticky Web! So:

    Banette @ Banettite
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD ---> 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Careful Nature ---> Timid Nature
    - Knock Off ---> Shadow Sneak
    - Destiny Bond ---> Shadow Claw
    - Pain Split ---> Will' O' Wisp
    - Substitute ---> Gunk Shot

    5)Avalugg was a nice choice for this team! It can wall anything with success! But Avalugg has another accent: It rapid spins! Your Avalugg set cannot harm any mon at all! Avalanche hits cerain mons with success! So i put toxic and Rapid spin on this thing in order to cripple opposing walls on a switch and get rid of hazards! Also, sturdy is better tha Own Tempo, because that allows Avalugg to live any one hit and deal damage with Avalanche or even spins! So:

    Avalugg @ Leftovers
    Ability: Own Tempo ---> Sturdy
    EVs: 128 HP / 128 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Recover
    - Avalanche
    - Block ---> Toxic
    - Barrier ---> Rapid Spin

    6) Last but not least we have pyroar! Amazing choice since you can hit hard and add a fast mon on your team! Air balloon though doesn't let you hit pretty hard! So i put Choice Specs instead! Ground immunity is for elektross! Also, i changed dark pulse over HP Ice since Flygons is a thing! Timid Nature is also better than modest, that way you can outspeeds flygons and almost anything in general! So:

    Pyroar (M) @ Air Balloon ---> Choice Specs
    Ability: Rivalry
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Modest Nature ---> Timid Nature
    - Dark Pulse
    - Flamethrower
    - Hyper Voice
    - Will-O-Wisp ---> Hidden Power [Ice]

    That team worked pretty well on the ladder! Sticky web really did so much work! Here is our current team:

    [3D='leavanny']

    Leavanny @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Swarm
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - X-Scissor
    - Knock Off
    - Sticky Web
    - Leaf Blade

    [3D='banette-mega']

    Banette @ Banettite
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Claw
    - Gunk Shot

    [3D='avalugg']

    Avalugg @ Leftovers
    Ability: Own Tempo
    EVs: 128 HP / 128 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Recover
    - Avalanche
    - Toxic
    - Rapid Spin

    [3D='clawitzer']

    Clawitzer @ Life Orb
    Ability: Mega Launcher
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Dark Pulse
    - Aura Sphere
    - Ice Beam
    - Water Pulse

    [3D='eelektross']

    Eelektross @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 92 HP / 8 Atk / 152 SpA / 116 SpD / 140 Spe
    Mild Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Giga Drain
    - Flamethrower
    - Volt Switch

    [3D='pyroar']

    Pyroar @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Unnerve
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Flamethrower
    - Hyper Voice
    - Dark Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Here are the replays:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257804940 ( Here is how leavanny works!)
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257805592

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257808081
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257809613

    As i was playing with this team i noticed something: I don't like being locked with my pyroar, since the sticky web forces switches and it doesn't have amazing coverage at all! So, i decided to replace with a better fire- type mon that will do it's job better! So, i chose magmorar instead! Here is it's set:

    [3D='magmortar']

    Magmortar @ Life Orb
    Ability: Flame Body
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Fire Blast
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Focus Blast

    This thing here is a monster as you will see! Life orb lets me hit hard and don't lock my self to anything! Fire Blast is a nice STAB move and t-bolt is for Flying-water Types that may come in! Focus Blast is for coverage and HP Grass is for things like Seismitoad and Gastrodon that will sure switch in frost of Magmortar! It catches them off guard! Timid is to outspeed anything is this tier with the Sticky Web and also outspeed Braviary, which is a thing! That change sent the team to high laddering! It really fit so well! Here are some replays:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257811645
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257817095
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257818799
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257819741
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257824375 ( Magmortar doesn't care! )
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257829303 ( Magmortar doesn't care again!)
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-257830154

    I hope you like the modifications of your team! If you have any questions about your team, @[member="shinygiratinaz"] , feel free to ask on this topic!

    Have Fun!

    Hey Martsian! I'm back with another OU team my friend helped me make around Mega Alakazam. Although he forgot it was around Mega Zam so he really didn't take that into consideration. I would like it if you can fix this team. Thank you!

    Alakazam @ Alakazite
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Psychic
    - Shadow Ball

    Well, @[member="Azure"] i may be a little late but your team is ready! I am sorry about that but i have a very tight schedule! So, this UU team had some nice type coverage, since there are a viriaty of sweepers on this team that hit pretty hard! Although, this team needed some serious fixing the moment i saw it! I will explain to you, @[member="Azure"] step by step the changes of your team, so pay attencion!!! So:

    1) Milotic is one of the best special walls on the UU tier! Despite that fact, your milotic really can't work well as a wall, since it doesn't have a status move and a healing move! Coil is useless since it ups the def of milotic, but you spend crusial turns to do it! Also, surf is a vialable option but Scald is better since it can burn your target! Protect doesn't help you, because you don't have a status move to stall turns and your opponent might take advantage on that! Also, Blizzard is a good coverage move on milotic since it hits Hydreigon and grass types harder but it misses a lot! So, i put ice beam instead! The item doesn't help you at all, since it forces a switch, but you don't have hazards at all on this team! So, i put leftovers instead! Also, Marver Scale is better that cute charm because when you are statused, your def goes up so it replaces coil! So:

    [3D='milotic']

    Milotic (F) @ Red Card ---> Leftovers
    Ability: Cute Charm ---> Marvel Scale
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Blizzard ---> Ice Beam
    - Surf ---> Scald
    - Protect ---> Recover (Healing)
    - Coil ---> Toxic (Status)

    2)Absol is an amazing choice for a mega! It hits hard and it has magic Bounce! But absol needs knock off to throw items on switches and Sucker Punch for priority! I put Swords dance In order to set up quickly and Superpower for hydreigons! The moves you put are good for coverage, but you don't have the necessary Stab moves. Also, SD works well with SP since you can sweep just like bisharp! So:

    [3D='absol-mega']

    Absol @ Absolite
    Ability: Super Luck
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Megahorn ---> Knock off
    - Punishment ---> Sucker Punch
    - Play Rough ---> Swords Dance
    - Psycho Cut ---> Superpower

    3)Arcanine is nice mon with Extremespeed and some nice coverage! I think though that on this team arcanine would work better as a physical wall! So i put will o wisp to butn things and morning sun for healing! Max defence arcanine does some serious job as you will see on the replays! Also, intimidate works well because you lower your opponent's attack! So:

    [3D='arcanine']

    Arcanine @ Muscle Band ---> Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire ---> Intimidate
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD ---> 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Close Combat ---> Will' O' Wisp
    - Extreme Speed
    - Flare Blitz
    - Aerial Ace ---> Morning Sun

    4)Cress is nice for this team due to levitate! I saw you tried to make an attacking cress! I think it's necessary though to pack a healing move! Also, a Stab move should be nice! The rest stay as it is! I decided to keep moonblast, since it hits Dark Types and Psychic can't! So:

    [3D='cresselia']

    Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Shadow Ball ---> Moonlight
    - Energy Ball ---> Psychic
    - Calm Mind
    - Moonblast

    5) Dragalge is an amazing mon due to it's typings and it's ability! (Adaptability) You haven't use it as i saw so i changed it! Also, dragalge has better SPA than attack so i made it a special sweeper! I also put toxic spikes which are nice to poison some mons with no cost! Focus Blast is nice for steel mons! So:

    [3D='dragalge']

    Dragalge @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Poison Point ---> Adaptability
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD ---> 236 HP / 20 Def / 252 SpA
    Adamant Nature ---> Modest Naure
    - Outrage ---> Draco Meteor
    - Gunk Shot ---> Sludge Wave
    - Play Rough ---> Focus Blast
    - Dive ---> Toxic Spikes

    6)Last but not least we have heliolisk! Amazing Special sweeper with great coverage, but the rain set is not much of a use, since it can't tank hits to do it! So i changed it to th life orb set! I put surf for rotoms and grass knot for ground types! Dry Skin is nice because it absorbs water attacks! So:

    [3D='heliolisk']

    Heliolisk @ Damp Rock --->Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Rain Dance --->Volt Switch (Switch advantage)
    - Dragon Pulse ---> Surf
    - Dark Pulse ---> Grass Knot
    - Thunder ---> Thunderbolt(Doesn't miss)

    So the full team is this:

    [3D='milotic']

    Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Toxic
    - Ice Beam

    [3D='absol-mega']

    Absol @ Absolite
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Sucker Punch
    - Superpower
    - Swords Dance

    [3D='heliolisk']

    Heliolisk @ Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot

    [3D='dragalge']

    Dragalge @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 236 HP / 20 Def / 252 SpA
    Modest Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Sludge Wave
    - Focus Blast
    - Toxic Spikes

    [3D='arcanine']

    Arcanine @ Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Flare Blitz
    - Extreme Speed
    - Morning Sun
    - Will-O-Wisp

    [3D='cresselia']

    Cresselia @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Moonblast
    - Psychic
    - Moonlight
    - Calm Mind

    The team, after the changes, dod pretty well as you will see! Here are the replays:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263450610
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263451213
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263539461 (Dragalge works amazingly well)
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263542601 (Absol wrecks everything!)
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263812587

    As i continued playing, iFInd out that i had some serious problems with hazards! I decided to let cress go since it didn't do much at all and add gligar! Gligar knows defog and has immune to EQ just like cress! I also put stealth rock to have my hazards and roost to gain health! Also, i put EQ for Stab! Evilite is an amazing item to use on gligar since it raises its defences because it's in a pre-evolution form! Amazing! It tanks hits for days! So:

    Gligar @ Eviolite
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 204 Def / 48 SpD
    Impish Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Roost
    - Defog
    - Stealth Rock

    Gligar is a physical wall! So i decided to leave arcanine and put a more offensive fire mon! I decided to go with infernape! Flare blitz and Close Combat are Stab moves, Mach Punch is for priority and Thunder Punch for Water Types! I put Life orb in order not to lock myself into a move! So:

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Close Combat
    - Flare Blitz
    - Mach Punch
    - Thunder Punch

    Here are the reaplys with these modifications:

    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263818748
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-263820107

    Although infernape worked well, it died fast! I found out that i needed a bulkier mon! So i went with entei, which has great priority( extremespeed) Sacred fire that has 50% to burn and some good coverage moves! ( Stone edge, iron head) I went for iron head in order to hit fairies hard! I didn't need bulldoze at all! I put CB to hit pretty hard with my priority! So:

    Entei @ Choice Band
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Sacred Fire
    - Extreme Speed
    - Stone Edge
    - Iron Head

    So the new team is this:

    [3D='milotic']

    Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Toxic
    - Ice Beam

    [3D='absol-mega']

    Absol @ Absolite
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Sucker Punch
    - Superpower
    - Swords Dance

    [3D='heliolisk']

    Heliolisk @ Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch
    - Surf
    - Grass Knot

    [3D='dragalge']

    Dragalge @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 236 HP / 20 Def / 252 SpA
    Modest Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Sludge Wave
    - Focus Blast
    - Toxic Spikes

    [3D='gligar']

    Gligar @ Eviolite
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 204 Def / 48 SpD
    Impish Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Roost
    - Defog
    - Stealth Rock

    As i was playing, i noticed a huge problem to talonflame! Also, beedrill didn't help at all on this team! The fact that you don't have a physical wall make switches harder! Also, i like to have a bulky water-fire-grass core on this team in order to make every switch easier! So, i decided to get rid of serp and i put mega Venusaur intead! I made it a physical wall in order to tank hits! After that, i removed beedrill and i put raikou! Raikou really helps against talos and damages a lot mons like garchomp and lando that azu can't switch in easily! Here are the sets:

    Venusaur @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 236 HP / 168 Def / 104 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb

    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    (Pretty defensive to act like a wall!)

    Raikou @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Substitute
    - Calm Mind
    (Helps against t-flame and sets up easily!)

    After these changes the team managed to DESTROY ANYTHING ON HIGH RANK!

    The current team is this:
