Some people don't care to password protect their devices, more so if they're the only ones that access them to begin with. Where do you stand? Do you add on the extra security out of safety or do you not find it necessary?

I'm the only one that uses my devices, but I still password protect them so people don't just take them and browse to their hearts content, going into my accounts, or giving my computer viruses and the like, or racking up my phone memory. Ugh, just no. if you want to use something of mine, you can ask. And even then it depends on if I trust you enough.

I usually don't have passwords on any of my devices since I'm pretty trusting, and am the only person who uses them. However, I do keep my devices on me at pretty much all times, so people don't really have the opportunity to get to my devices without my permission anyways.

I definitely password-protect my phone, especially since I take it to school. x.x

I do with my laptops too, as I don't want people just browsing through them.

Definitely password protect my laptop and phone to protect against possibly thieving passerby or nosy parents. Though since my parents know all my passwords its a bit redundant for them...

I don't actually really bother password protecting my stuff. I think I might do it with my Tablet (that thing is very important to me, it allows me to access LV on the go) but honestly, I've never felt the need to lock my stuff.

I don't have a password on my computer nor on my phone, but my laptop does have one. The only reason for that is that it was the standard option, and I haven't felt like turning it off xD I always have my stuff with me, and if I do leave it alone for like five minutes, I make sure that it's only around people I trust. That's not even because I'm afraid they'll look through my stuff, since I really don't have anything crazy in my files that I feel like I must keep away from everyone else. I'm only afraid that they will actually steal the device itself, and no password will help against that!

Of course I do! My computer is a big hunk of metal, so I don't think that will be stolen, but I have a tracker on my phone, so if it gets stolen then I can remotely track it. It can even keep the app installed after a full factory reset!

Needless to say, the only thing that I fear if my phone is stolen, is the battery running out... >.<

I don't like putting passwords on my gadgets for a couple of reasons, but I do so with my tablet and laptop to prevent my mom or brother from being nosy and surfing through my documents while I'm gone during the day. Or in the event that I lose my devices in public, the passwords will give whoever finds them less of an incentive to keep them. There was actually a time where I had left my iPod 4 without a password for the longest. But I eventually found out that my brother was secretly using it for his own risque purposes while I was away at school on some days (he apparently never thought to delete my history after he was done, eh?), and I fixed that right away.

I password or pin protect everything. I'm a bit of a paranoid guy when it comes to that, especially noting I have a nosy mother, but it helps keep peace of mind.
Don't get me wrong, though, it's not like I have anything to hide... Probably :P

Only my PC, since it's the device I frequent the most. Putting a password on something like a phone would be too redundant. For how often it goes on sleep mode, you'd be entering your password in like, a thousand times a day.

All of my devices are password protected, I am very cautious with stuff like that so I use the extra security.

I don't really password protect my PC (my PC is the movie hub for my house) (seven people in it, Eight if you count my sisters BF, who all use it to watch movies).
What i do lock however, is my phone (obviously, messages, tumblr, bank stuff) yeah its just the safer option but aside from that there isn't much that i lock

I lock my Computer most off all. If you guys don't want me spamming the LV Skype chat that's why i put password in thing so my little brother won't mess up my stuff xD and bother my friends.

    I do.
I don't trust my family to not intrude on my private business. So I have passwords for everything.

I have a good/dfficult password for my laptop, but that is the only device I have a password for. I don't have a password for my phone, because it's just an inconvenience for me. I don't want to put in a special security code everytime I wish to check my text messages.

Yeah, I do for all of them. Though I don't think anyone I know would try to get in, it's better to be space than sorry.
