Do you play the Pokemon TCG or just like to collect cards?

I used to collect them when I was a kid, and I've stopped doing so right before I was a teenager, I think.

It's kind of a shame because I think they were really fun to collect, and a small part of me wants to get into collecting again, however expensive it may possibly be.

 

I don't collect anymore, but when I was younger I would collect the cards because I love the illustrations. I never learned how to actually play the game.
