Another competitive thread. I think I posted this in the right place.~

Anyways, I'm back with another team that's up for evaluation a Dragon-Type team that I hope to use in Single Battle areas like the Battle Subway and the PWT. Here's what I have set:

    Salamence - Mixed Attacker
    Ability: Intimidate
    Nature: Quirky (no stats affected)
Moveset: Outrage, Earthquake, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast
    EVs: 64 Atk, 192 SpA, 252 Spe
    Held Item: Life Orb

    Hydreigon - Special Attacker
    Ability: Levitate
    Nature: Jolly (+Speed, -Attack)
Moveset: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Focus Blast
    EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP
    Held Item: Undecided

Now here's what I can switch between:
    Haxorus - Physical Attacker
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    Nature: Quirky
Moveset: Outrage, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Dragon Dance
    EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
    Held Item: Choice Scarf

    Garchomp - Physical Attacker
    Ability: Sand Veil
    Nature: Naive (+Attack, -Spc. Def.)
Moveset: Earthquake, Outrage, Stone Edge, Swords Dance
    EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
    Held Item: Undecided

Basically, a team of sweepers that can tackle anything that comes their way. Haxorus and Garchomp are interchangeable depending on what I want to use since they're basically identical (though Haxorus clearly packs a bigger punch). Salamence, or rather "MixMence", serves as the mixed attacker. Hydreigon handles special attacking while Haxorus/Garchomp does the physical attacking. Items are undecided simply because I don't have any good ideas for them outside of Choice items...
What are your thoughts on this team? What could I have some of my Pokémon hold? What could I change?

I would consider changing the nature of Haxorus to Adamant as opposed to Quirky. Neutral nature suits your Salamence fine but with a pure physical attacker it would make more sense to take advantage of the boost in attack at the cost of special attack which isn't used at all.

I see your point, but do keep in mind this isn't in Pokémon Showdown. I've busted my butt trying to find an Adamant Axew. Them things are hard to find. :/

I second Doima's sentiments. If you are doubtful about your hold items, the weakness-covering berries can be a lifesaver in these short battles.

Ah yeah that makes sense. One thing you might want to consider is using a Heart Scale to get Garchomp to remember Fire Fang, to help with Ice types. In my opinion lower damage output with more PP and accuracy than Stone Edge would be a worthy trade off there, especially where Haxorus has Stone Edge anyway. Then again a lot of the ones using Ice moves might be water. Well might be worth experimenting with if you have a Heart Scale to spare since TMs can be used infinitely.

For Mixmence, run Naive over Quirky. The problem with running neutral natures is that you will not get some necessary stat boosts and with Naive, Mence will be a bit faster at the cost of Special Defense.
Hydreigon should run Timid over Jolly as Jolly is the more suited for Physical attackers, not Special attackers. For its item, I would go for Choice Scarf.
I don't know why Haxorus has both a Choice Scarf and Dragon Dance; being locked into a boosting move cripples a Pokémon more than it helps it. If you want to choiced, then replace Dragon Dance with either Dragon Claw or Dual Chop. Dragon Claw is handy for places where you don't want to be locked into Outrage (i.e. places you want to switch out Haxorus after a KO) whereas Dual Chop is handy for breaking Substitutes and even those infamous Focus Sash users. And I would agree to use Adamant for it and you can try out a Choice Band too because of Item Clause (as I suggested giving the Choice Scarf to Hydreigon).
For Garchomp, why out use Fire Blast over Stone Edge since you are using a Naive nature already and Chomp can act like your psedo mixed attacker. If not then go for Jolly instead of Naive. Also, you can use either the Yache Berry or Expert Belt.
    Hope I helped!

I agree with Scrafty, I run Naive on my Mixmence and it wrecks everything.

    **Update**

I'm considering dropping MixMence altogether since the one I bred was kind of a flop... even with a Life Orb... I have another monsterous Naive Haxorus that I can run with a Choice Scarf. It's moveset is Outrage, Earthquake, Brick Break, and X-Scissor (for some variety). Hydreigon will likely be left the same, though it will hold Choice Specs. I have another Jolly Salamence that I can use over MixMence with a Life Orb simply because it's a lot more powerful. I can also scrounge around to find an Adamant Dratini/Dragonair to evolve into Dragonite and use it as a bulky physical sweeper. Salamence and Dragonite will be interchangeable.
