What would your ideal house be like? Modern or rustic? What would be the preferred location? Square footage (You can also just say small, medium, and large)? How many stories, and would you want a basement/attic? Any unique features? How much land around the house would you like? What would you do with all that land? Any thing else we should know about it?

If it was applicable, my dream home would be in the nature, far from any civilization, apart from my Nintendo things I would bring alone. It would be really comforting, living among my friends, the animals, and away from disturbing human activity such as cars, planes (maybe) and pollution. Unfortunately, the harsh Australian landscape prevents me from doing so. If I had to live among civilisation, I need not a dream home, because I already have the perfect home for me. One storey, small, familiar, cool and clean.

People are what matters most to me, so as long as I have good friends/family around I should be all right. As far as a house goes, it could be a nice compliment though... I'd prefer one that is smaller, as its probably better for me not to be able to completely seclude myself in a far-off room. That, and I don't need tons of space indoors. There's plenty of comfort in a smaller home. The secret room thing is classic and awesome, especially if I have kids someday that is so much cooler for them. As for a yard, a little space might be nice. I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities, be it in a yard or in the woods. Nature has always been an incredible place to be.

    - Haunted house. I'm talking location, looks, sounds, maybe even smell.
    - Antique (but modernly functioning) appliances and spooky (but classy Victorian) decorations that look like there from somewhere 1850-1950.
    - Secret revolving bookcase that leads to an underground lair that is scifi modern like 2050-2150.

Either that or Wayne Manor. Pretty much the same, but still, I could take either.

(Is this the shortest answer I've given or what?)

My ideal would be on the edges of a mid-size town, so shopping wouldn't be too difficult, and I would want it to be... pretty spacey. There is nothing I like more in a house than an area with a lot of open space, because then I could put all my stuff in my house easily. I'm thinking 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and a bunch of large rooms for no reason. If I wanted to get a little extreme, then full-size basketball court, arcade, and gym, but I could easily do without.

The yard doesn't need to be anything too specific, I just like having space.
