Dream World B/W/B2/W2

I love trying to find very useful dream world Pokémon.

 

Are there any noticeable differences between Dream World in B/W and B2/W2?

 

I use this a lot to get myself promotions, CGears, Pokémon, items and more. Pretty fun.

 

I really like the DW. I like all the Pokémon you can find, and the special things you can get like c-gear skins. I've been in the cave, and the park,

I would like to use the other features, like having friends' houses connected and their pkmn leaving footprints!

 

I'm hoping they will add some new CGear skins soon, getting bored of my two usual ones. :[

I'm loving the dream park btw, picked myself up a Kecleon. :]

 

If you are using BW as your active game card, you can go to the Pleasant Forest from the start. However, if you're using BW2, the forest won't be available until you get at least 3000 Dream Points. You'll get Sparkling Sea at the start instead.

 

I love everything about the dw. Growing berries and finding pokemo are the best. I also like that you can help out other people. Im not sure about everyone else but I go on it everyday. I usually get the sea or the park when I go on.

I grow a lot of berries on there to try and get a special island. I'm looking to get castle keep so I have to grow a bunch of these berries. I have like 5000 Points now.

 

I don't have access to dream world since I play Black via desmume... so what am I missing?

 

I love the dream world. Its too bad I don't know how to get dream pals :/

 

You only have to visit your Game Pals' (People who you've met in GTS negotiations or added to your PalPad) Dream Island and send them a Dream Pal request. They'll be added to your Dream Pal list after they have accepted your request.

 

Dream Pals are those who've added you as a friend in the DW. If you look at your Global Link page on "Game Card info", it says "Game Pal Roster" under your game card picture. There's a list that shows the PGL usernames of the people you've traded or interacted with. The people you've added as a friend in your PalPad will be labeled as "Friend" while those who traded with you via GTS will be labeled as "Trade Pal"

Right now I have 10000 Dream Points for W2 and around 4000 for Black. Now that I've bought the Tree House, I'm planting berries to buy the Pokedolls! I wonder if they'll release a new C-Gear skin anytime soon? So far, BW2 only had the Resolute Keldeo and Halloween Pikachu skin. I believe BW had a lot more than that.

 

you can also get neighbors when you check our dream pal map. there's usually a random players island in the corner and you an go to their island and add them that way. i have my dream pl pad full and i've never played with anyone else locally.

 

sadly, I can't access this feature... I tried all the tutorials but none of them worked.

 

I just started to collect berries for the Japanese House and Stuff. When I saw it I was like: OMG *___*
I hope I can do it xD

 

I have mixed feelings about Dream World. On one hand, I like getting new Pokémon and their hidden abilities....on the other hand.....it repeats areas, a LOT. I would love to go to the Rugged Mountain.....but they keep giving me Sparkling Sea, day after day after day....then it goes to Icy Cave, day after day...and so on. The one area that I actually want to go to, they never take me to. I have pretty much every Pokémon from the Sparkling Sea, Spooky Manor, Windswept Sky and Icy Cave. It says Pokémon types can influence where you go, but hah. That's a joke.

Overall, I like it. I just wish it would stop repeating areas.

 

I genuinely suck at most of the mini-games the Dream World has to offer, but it did make up for the fact that in Black and White you could only get Gen V Pokémon in-game. The Dream World was a way to get other Pokémon.

I've been trying to get into the Pleasant Forest over and over again. I've put in a Pokémon with the right type match-ups for it... I've gone to the island thing ten times a day, but I just can't get there. I just want a stupid Shinx...
