Dreams. Nightmares.

I actually physically cannot dream. It is literally impossible since my brain does not enter that phase of the sleep cycle correctly, if at all.

Despite this, I somehow managed to have a dream once about eight years ago. I dreamed that the few friends I had managed to make simply forgot I existed one day. Nobody I cared about knew anything about me nor did they care to learn. Since then, it has been my greatest fear to be forgotten.

 

Wait. Have you mentioned this here before? That story is eerily familiar, someone has talked about having that dream before when I was around. I can't remember if it was here though. 0 .o

My dreams are always really strange. I dream in color, sound, smell, touch, and taste. My dreams are so vivid that I physically feel pain in them. People always say, oh, that's cool, but it's actually terrifying. I always know I am dreaming, but I can't ever seem to control how my dreams go. Most of my dreams are random events strung one after another that kinda meld together as the dream goes on. They all do have one constant though; I always die at the end of my dreams, even my good ones.

That's why it sucks that I can feel pain in my dreams. I have felt myself die in different weird ways every night since I can remember. It's usually not too bad because my dreams are so strange that the ways I die in are just confusing and not too painful. A few months ago, though, I got choked to death in a dream and actually woke up unable to breathe for a while. It kinda scares me that my brain can produce dreams so vivid that I start really experiencing them, I hope they don't start actually affecting me like that more often. Especially with my actual nightmares, I don't know if I could take that. :S

On the bright side, I can almost always fly in my dreams. Dreaming of flight that vividly is really cool, though most of the time my flight can't get me more than a good couple yards off the ground. Oh well, it's still something nice to distract me from what I know will happen in the end.

 

I actually had a pretty vivid dream recently...

Basically, it started with me on an empty white beach with nothing but white sand and extremely light blue water surrounding the entire island. I took a few steps away from the water and then I started to sink into the sand. It felt so real, I could feel each grain brushing against every part of my body. I eventually landed underground in a strange green crystal lighted cavern and I was surrounded by random tourists. I realized then that I was completely naked, and I frantically jump into a pothole in front of me. After jumping into nothing but darkness, I fall into the water and get trapped around seaweed. It felt so real that I could just rip out the seaweed, but once I touched it, I was surrounded by bubbles and hear frantic noises of a women singing. It was so peaceful and entrancing, and I could never forget that voice. I was surrounded by vibrant yellow fish and the water was sparkling pink. If I could use any words to describe this, it would be an Oceanic heaven! One of the yellow fish, that kind of resembled an angler fish, but more cute, told me to swim to the treasure. Below me was a silver treasure chest with sapphires and radiant blue colored gems with a neon glow. I swum down to the chest, but I stopped getting closer to it. No matter how hard I tried to swim closer, I never got any farther. I eventually whited out and woke up to the sound of my television. I realized then, that the sounds from the movie I left on affected the dream I had.

 

Was the movie Finding Nemo?

 

Well I've got two.

The first one is pretty faint in my memory since it happened when I was a child. I remember that I was in this reality show with my family, and then we were trying to survive or something. My brother for some reason fell into an acid river and died and I literally woke up with tears in my eyes.

The second one was pretty recent. I've got this small mouse running around my room and chewing on my test papers. I was so angry at it so I set up a sticky mouse trap in my room. That night, I dreamed of a huge furry rat running around my room and I was trying to kill it with a sword (so random xD) then it bit my leg and then my leg got cut off. I woke up after that and I saw the mouse dying slowly on the mouse trap. :cry:

 

I had two really weird dreams recently.
I don't remember the one, but I hugged this guy, and I remember he smelled good.

Then I took a nap yesterday and dreamed that there was a haunted elevator at school. I had forgotten my backpack on the upper floor, and I didn't want to go get it. This was at my high school, but for whatever reason there was a crowd of kids around the elevator, daring each other to go in. Eventually one of my teachers came down and gave me my backpack, and then most people left, walking back to... Another high school, I think. There were two high schools, I guess. As we were walking out I hugged this other guy, for comfort I guess because the haunted school was kinda creepy and this was all happening at night. I texted my mom to pick me up and she came almost immediately, so then I got a ride. She took a back road, but everyone was driving really fast. Somehow I ended up sitting in grass and I caught a blue Harry Potter snitch-like thing. Then I woke up.

 

Well, like the title says, what's the most really weirdest or random dream you've experienced? I dunno why I made this topic, I just thought that it would be fun to see other people's weird dreams and what they dream about.

For me personally, one of my weirdest dreams was a few years back. I actually dreamed that I was in a world, where you take this packet thing, sprinkle on your tongue, and it suddenly elongates like some frog mutant. I dreamt that I used the packet, and my tongue stretched for like, a whole room. That was really weird...

Hopefully I'm not the only person that has these weird dreams from time to time...SO I WON'T LOOK LIKE A DERANGED IDIOT.

I had a lucid nightmare a couple of years ago i still can remember every single detail about it, it was a cold night and my parents left me alone at home because they needed to go to an activity that day, it was late at night and i fell at sleep a couple of minutes later i wake up and i start hearing screams coming from the living room but before i could get up two red eyes appear in my tv screen my bed lift up and everything start spinning i went drag to the tv only to wake up again in my bed and the routine repeat itself like 4 more times i new i was dreaming but i didn't had control over it, after the fourth time the sound of the garage door wake me up it was my parents they enter and i decide to ask them how was everything so i went to the garage they salute me and then i wake up again and the old cycle start again, i just wanted to wake up but everytime i tried to wake up the dream repeat itself until finally i wake up from the dream i watched the clock it had pass half an hour,and all the lights were turn off including the garage one i didn't turn off that light then i heard the scream again and i woke up the next morning i was scared as fuck I've never experience something like that before and i hope never to experience that again

 

I had a dream I was hit by a train. It was weird, because I kinda went flying, not dead, and then hit a tree. And the moment I hit the tree, I woke up. It was actually pretty interesting, as I felt wide awake when I did get out of the dream, not groggy like normal.

 

I remember having a strange dream when Xerneas was taken over the world since it turned evil like even Yveltal was fighting it. Xerneas was black and red instead of blue and black. The main thing I remember was Xerneas blew up my house and it was scary as heck. Now I'm afraid of that thing life Pokémon or not that thing is pure evil!
