Here is the Defenition of DRM for those who do not know what it is:
Digital Restrictions Management (DRM) is any technology that is built into an electronic product or service with the aim of limiting its range of uses after purchase.
Pretty it means, if you purchased lets say Pokémon Fire Red, but Nintendo comes out and says "Yea you can play the game offline and such, but if you want to true and amazing experience of the full game, you need to have an internet connection."
DRM has been a big controversy in gaming for a very long time, and of course many argue that DRM has no reason to exist in Video Games. Now here is what I have to say. For games such as World of Warcraft, Destiny, and a few other games that have a bigger Online service and community, DRM should not be a major issue. But games that contain a big single player campaign, and only a bit of extra Multiplayer action, DRM is just plain pointless. One big game that ran into the DRM controversy (for PC only) was Assassins Creed, as it was not only a 100% Single Player game, but required a steady running connection to play. Talk about bummer.

My question is, do you think DRM should even exist in video games, especially in this day and age when everything is pretty much always online? Do you think DRM has anything positive to offer in regards to Video Games?

I hate when stuff like this happens, especially in fighter games and such. I don't want to connect online and play random strangers, I suck~
I really only do it if they have a big prize waiting for after I connect.
