i was thinking we could make a mon have more than 3 evos... heres a idea do (ghost) it would be a dodo bird with no head dodo (normal) it would be a dodo bird with one head doduo (we know about him) dodrio (we also know about him)
Dumb but funny honestly. I would probably just stick to the one head pre-evo idea. A headless Pokémon would look either creepy or too silly?

Is normal ice type a dumb type combination? x4 weak to fighting, 2x weak to fire, x2 weak to rock, x2 weak to steal only resist ice and immune to ghost
So... A base state of 250 in both defenses? That would be even dumber as normal/ice is one of the worst defensive type combination
yeah I would go with high speed and attack. Lean into the glass canon set up, also would help it stand out form most other ice types.
