Earth to Pokemon: A Cross-cultural Adventure

This RP is about the concept of people from all across Earth ending up in the Pokémon world and adapting to a new world, people, and culture, different from their own while at the same time, introducing the world of Pokémon to the rich and diverse cultures found in countries all over the Earth.

Name: Name of the person.
Age: Self-explanatory.
Gender: Also self-explanatory.
Human or Pokémon: Pokémon are welcome but they cannot be directly from Earth unless something happened to them along the way, like in a PMD-like scenario. There are no living Pokémon that exist on planet Earth at the moment.

Is the character from Earth: If the character is from the world of Pokémon, ignore the next three steps, as they do not apply to a character native to the Pokémon universe.

Country of Origin: Be creative! You can choose any of the countries on Earth. America, Sweden, Bosnia or even Azerbaijan if you wanted to.

Known Languages: You can put anything you want in here but please don't use Google Translate. As a rule, the character must be able to speak mainly English but can speak any number of other languages.

Sample Sentence: Demonstrate your understanding of the language you picked by posting a sample sentence *with translation* for each langauge you select. It can be as long or as short as you want. English is the only exception because it's required in the RP.

Accent (optional): Your character can have an accent or any kind and the way you type the character's dialogue can reflect how his accent sounds. If you can't accurately type a particular accent, leave a reference link to a video that shows the very accent your character has.

Sample Sentence (optional): Post a sentence here of how the accent would sound if typed. Doesn't have to be perfect but make an effort to make it sound accurate. For example:

Accent: Serbian - "Why are yoo vearing your face on your shurt?" or "It iz not pork. It iz de lamb."

Personality: Post the overall essence of your character's personality here.

Occupation: What kind of work does the character do as a profession?

Hobbies and Interests: What kind of things interest the character?

Strengths: You must have at least 1 area of strength that the character possesses. They can be physical, emotional, social, or anything. Same with weaknesses.

Weaknesses: You must also have at least 1 weakness that the character possesses.

Background (optional): I don't expect an American to know everything about the culture of Ukraine, but if you want to, go ahead and add a backstory to the character. If the character is from the Pokémon universe, you can also add a backstory here.
