    Lumiose Ghost girl in Mt.Pyre.
All those colorful hair guys like Giddy merge in to one sad guy and turn in to Mr bonding...

    Hmm....
Definitely the 5 colorful guys merging into Mr. Bonding.
The ghost girl in Phobe's room.
The ace trainer that turns into a hiker after losing the float stone.
The hello kitty reference in Sea Mauville.
Flotte's flower under the tree in Sootopolis.

I found another one in Sea Mauville. I can't remember the blurb, but it was referencing the original DS. "This DS is unlike the one you are using," or something like that.

On Southern Island, if you examine the pedestal behind Latios/Laitas, it will say the same message as the sign said on the original Southern Island from R/S/E.

If you talk to Steven while he is in the Mossdeep Space Center, he will recall a time where he teamed up with a trainer that had a Black Mega Charizard in order to take down Mega Raquaza. This is a direct reference to one of the XY Anime Mega Evolution Specials, where this does in face happen.

In Sea Mauville, if you examine one of the cabinets, a message will tell you that an old Game System is there. They don't tell you the name, but give you this message "a game device with two screens that seems different from the one you have". From this we can infer that it is most likely reffering to the original Nintendo DS.

Mr. Bonding and the guys from the Pokémon Center in Mauville. Just... no words. I have no words for them.

I liked the different dialogue some NPCs had if you kept the event Beldum in your party, like Steven referencing the Mega Evolution special. I thought that was a neat touch.

The old game system in Sea Mauville is interesting, because it could be referencing the old DS or possibly Game & Watch.

The giant tree with the Eternal Flower underneath it in Sootopolis is really interesting, especially since it was a gift from AZ himself. It would be neat if a possible Eternal Flower Floette event took place there in the future.
