Encountered Pokemon

I'm guessing the Pokémon will be a bit larger as new evolutions to old Pokémon are going to be in the regional Pokédex. (Dusknoir and Gallade have been confirmed so far) Otherwise I'm not expecting too many changes to the Pokédex in general.

 

Most likely the regular with some new stuff sprinkled in, like the Pokémon for megas and other things like that from new and old generations.

 

I'm pretty sure there will be more of a variety, which I'm happy about. We'll definitely not be able to encounter all the Pokémon of course, but if we're able to transfer that shouldn't be an issue!

 

I am really hoping for a variety of Pokémon encounters. It makes it more fun than just the hoenn Pokémon by themselves.

I there will be a lot of new Pokémon in Hoenn, because a lot of the new megas were not in Hoenn

 

Didn't they confirmed that the sinnoh and unova dex would be there too? Or did I misunderstand that? Anyway the more variety in encounters the better, so I hope that there will be a lot of variety.

 

I definitely expect a wider variety in obtainable Pokémon, especially those who received a Mega Evolution. Just the feeling on Gen VI Pokémon appearing in the Gen III region... It's kind of weird, but also really cool

 

From what I've heard, we will definitely be getting a lot more Pokémon from other regions, which is awesome. I love the Hoenn Pokémon, but I do tend to like a game more if it has more Pokémon to encounter. I personally hope we see a lot of 4th and 5th gen Pokémon in addition to the 3rd gen Pokémon you find in the wild.

 

I hope there is more variety than just Hoenn Pokémon as Zubats can still be found in Hoenn. I think it would be really nice to play through the game with Pokémon from different generations.

 

I am hoping for more 'mons than just the Hoenn dex, just because there are so many fascinating 'mons from more recent generations that could be fun to use.

 

Luckily, it was announced by the company every Pokémon will be "obtainable." Which makes me happy!

I do hope there is more of a selection in the Hoenn dex itself. I would love to be able to catch Cottonee early on in the game. I'm notorious for never having a grass mon on my team in Gen III, so it would be nice if I could get something other than Oddish (I love Oddish, but I get bored using it all of the time). Even Petilil will be awesome.
