This is kind of a different topic and one I'm not sure many people will have experience with. Lately, I've really gotten into esports such as Overwatch, Rocket League, and even kind of League of Legends. I find it really interesting to watch pros play and it then also helps me improve my game as well. I mostly focus on Overwatch though and root for Selfless. Does anyone else have experience with esports and if so, which game? Do you think esports is a dumb concept? Have you ever considered wanting to go pro in a video game before?
I enjoy esports a lot, League and Overwatch are really the only games I play, other then the Pokémon TCGO which is not an esport. I think they are great since some of us aren't gifted physically, this is a way for everyone to have a shot in sports. Only if your computer is good though, people like me don't have the best of shots. Only two ways to play for me, 0-10 frames and 60-70 MS or 50-100 frames and 1k-15k MS. I would love to go pro, my life just being gaming, yes please, but I am an unlucky soul who is very bad at games
I get that too! Typically if Selfless isn't playing I root for whoever is the underdog like you said. It's always great to see upsets. S Overwatch Contenders Season 0 just ended and Immortals were the champions! There were some really great streamed matches, I can't wait until Season 1!
Thanks to my brother I watch a lot of LoL tournaments. They are often quite interesting, but not to the degree of my wanting to watch three games in a row.
